We had a great stay here. The accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. The host was also very quick to reply and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a minor issue with the plumbing but the host was very responsive and had it repaired as quickly as could be expected. The property was well equipped and maintained and in a very good location and within walking distance of about everything we wished to do.

Great location. Organic coffee shop and grocery store close by. Area and building seemed safe. Lots of great details and accessories. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice view with black out blinds in bedroom. Laundry available but did not use.

Very beautiful condo. Great location if you’re looking for something central, with a close walk to all the best downtown neighborhoods. IGA just down the street, yoga studio down the street, and tons of restaurants in the area. Really clean space - great if you want to cook a couple meals and stay in or head out and about quickly.

Short review: Excellent stay, would recommend.Long review: Central location was convenient to resturants and public transit. Bed was comfortably firm with very soft sheets. Reasonably sized bath with plenty of hot water (sometimes an issue with a high rise). Did not cook but kitchen seemed well equipped and there's an IGA less than a block away. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Only potential caveat is a downtown location will get you some degree of nighttime noise. It was not Manhattan loud noise but there was occasional ambulance, police, fire sirens. That said, it was not a problem for us. Just something to note.

This property was great for my two night stay with my wife. The property had all the amenities that we needed and was close to many things to do (restaurants, shopping, and night life). We were able t walk to Stanley Park from the place, which was great. The host was fantastic and in contact with us from the get go and very easy to get information from.

Great access to downtown, well appointed unit, easy access to laundry. It is downtown, so be prepared for street noise, sirens, etc. Thoughtful host. Secure building.

Love Rohit’s place. It felt like home. Great location. Love the view from our room. Rohit is a very accommodating and attentive host - replied to my messages right away, answered my questions and gave clear instructions. We are also thankful that he approved our request to check-in earlier to drop off our luggages. Bonus: free washer and dryer to use. Will definitely stay in Rohit’s place again.

The apt is pristine and full of light, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen as well equipped as mine at home. The building’s gym is decent and we used it a lot. Rohit answered my questions quickly and went out of his way to respond to my needs. We weren’t able to figure out how to create a single bed from the living room sofas but all in all I recommend the suite for its amenities and central downtown location.

The area is exciting but comes with lots of challenges,dropping the suitcases was involved with stress since there are limited drop of places which were all taken. getting into property involved two different codes and a lift that would only take you to your floor once activated.in the lobby on entry we saw a drug squad with dogs doing a raid but this is downtown.Outside the door homeless person overnight again this is downtown.The actual apartment is nice and well equipped but needs some maintenance nothing major but not expected.the owner was willing and polite but when we asked to stay after a week stay afew more hours he asked for 50% which I think was a bit greddy shame he did not have a booking and could of easily please us?would i stay again? probably notwe stayed a week in Cambie for half the price and it was better we also stayed in Vancouver island (Sooke) again half the price and much better.btw every request we had to other owners always were greated with yes Offcourse.

Thanks so much for your feedback. Downtown life definitely has its quirks—busy drop-offs and street activity are part of the experience, though almost no other guests haven’t run into those specific issues. As for late check-out, I genuinely try to help, but adding 7 extra hours is tough, especially with last-minute cleaning changes. The fee mainly covers extra costs rather than unused availability. On the flip side early checkins are much easier to accommodate as I did with your booking. I appreciate your understanding and will make the late checkout out instructions more clear in the booking details!

Overall the property was as advertised. Great location for access to everything downtown. With a supermarket and wine shop across the road. You have lovely views from all aspects of the apartment.I would recommend this if you’re looking for a city break.

Location of property was excellent making accessibility to public transport whether by bus or metro very good for anyone planning on travelling to outer areas of Vancouver or to/from YVR airport. Close to IGA supermarket, cafes & restaurants, cinemas and only 2 blocks from downtown.Property was very secure, spacious and well appointed.Sincerest thank you to the host for accommodating our check in/out requirements. Regular and easy communication with the host made our stay very enjoyable.
