Loved the location, loved the condo and the facilities! Everything was clean, the condo, building and pool . Very quiet, and relaxing time . Vacasa made everything easy we even extended our stay with no problems! Will definitely be back next October!!

Just As Described

This is the second time I have used Vacasa. The experience has pretty much made me look at using them first every time. The unit at 1210 was very roomy, good amenities, very clean, and everything in working condition. We had a great time and check in/ check out was flawless.

Breath of fresh air

This property was amazing. Exactly as pictures show. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets! There were only 2 of us but this condo had everything.

Beautiful condo

We come to PCB 2-3 times a year and stay on Thomas Drive. I found Watercrest 1210 through the Vacasa app. This condo was very clean. The furniture was comfortable except the king bed left us with backaches and there weren’t enough blankets to stay warm at night. The kitchen was well equipped. They do leave you with minimal supplies so bring your own coffee filters, extra rolls of paper towels, extra garbage bags, and any condiments that you find in most condos on Thomas Drive - but that’s minor compared to the cleanliness and the spectacular views from this place. The WiFi in the building isn’t very reliable so if you use it a lot be prepared. Vacasa is the best rental company we’ve dealt with in years coming here - very responsive. Overall a great vacation.

Great stay!

Everything was as expected. Clean. Neat. Even left us a partial pack of cigarettes on the counter in the event we needed them. Had to reach out to property manager for a second parking pass and it arrived within the hour.

Nice room

We loved that there was plenty of room, especially the wrap around balcony. Furniture and appliances nice and up to date. Only bad thing about this rental was the housekeeping. There was sand in my bed when I turned the covers down. So washed all linen before laying down the first night. The floors had not been swept or cleaned and multiple dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Other than the lack of housekeeping, we loved it!! Would stay again

Perfect Fall Getaway

This Condo is Absolutely Beautiful!!! It looks just like the pictures they have displayed!!!! It’s Very Nice and Spacious and Clean!!!!! Shout out to the EVS Team as Well!!!!! Everything was Nice!!! And the View was Amazing!!!!! We picked this condo because it was an end Condo also meaning that it had a wrap around balcony which we Loved!!!!!! Check in and out was quick and easy!!!!! Shout out to the Vacasa Team!!!! We Truly Enjoyed Our Stay!!!!! And we didn’t need for anything in the unit!!!! It had Everything we needed from a toaster and toaster oven, to extra pillows and covers, plenty of wash towels, washer and dryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, Just Everything We Needed for our Stay!!!!!!! So Thanks to Everyone for Everything!!!!!!! This is the Best Condo in Watercrest!!!! We came for our daughter’s fall break and will be back for her spring break!!!!!! Thanks Again Everyone!!!!!!

Perfect beach getaway !

Starting with the pretty waterwall feature upon arrival to the quick wait time for the elevators. The condo was very clean and loved the attention to details like powerstrips by the bed and extra plug ins on the kitchen bar to accommodate phone chargers. Loved the full length mirrors in the bathrooms. The matresses were great. Maybe use a couple more blankets. The toaster was sketchy but there was the little toaster oven. The security guards were friendly and seemed to keep a good watch on the property. The Vacasa staff seemed intent on making our stay the best it could possibly be ! Thank you !

Beautiful view and condo

The condo was great with adequate linens, fully furnished kitchen, and great furniture for 6 people. Beds were comfortable but could use extra blankets. Great balcony which made for and awesome view. It was very clean and they provided start up items for bath, laundry, kitchen. This unit was on the 12th floor which was a disadvantage bc one elevator never worked and the other was disabled most of one day! Vacasa could not help with that….We did have a wonderful time!

Great location, close to amazing restaurants and away from a lot of the Spring Break craziness. Room was great, have stayed in several end units at Watercrest with that same layout, this particular unit utilized their existing space better than any others I’ve been in.

The perfect weekend

Cleanest place I've ever stayed! Huge bedrooms, tons of closet space, biggest balcony I've ever seen. Onsite staff were constantly cleaning the ground floor common areas and property management checked on us every day to make sure everything was perfect. We were only in town for the weekend but wish we could have stayed forever!
