Great View

We have spent several vacations at Watercrest. This condo was our favorite. It has great views of the beach and a great wrap around balcony to continue to enjoy the ocean breeze after you leave the beach.

Loved the location, loved the condo and the facilities! Everything was clean, the condo, building and pool . Very quiet, and relaxing time . Vacasa made everything easy we even extended our stay with no problems! Will definitely be back next October!!

Breath of fresh air

This property was amazing. Exactly as pictures show. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets! There were only 2 of us but this condo had everything.

Very nice and clean unit

This was a very nice condo with everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wrap around balcony was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The location of this unit does not allow you to see the pool area from the balcony, but you can see the hot tub (as shown in the unit photos). This wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to be able to watch our teenagers at the pool from the balcony. Also the balcony is set back and is right next to the adjacent unit’s windows. It was a little awkward when they opened their blinds when we were enjoying our morning coffee. Just know that the balcony area is not private. The coffee maker is an older style that needs filters and ground coffee. Most units we’ve visited the past few years have Keurigs so this was a minor nuisance to have to wash the carafe each day. There are only 5 coffee cups and one has a crack so again, we had to wash these every couple of days. The clothes dryer took 2-3 one hour cycles to dry 4 beach towels. The hall bathroom is decorated in mermaid theme including a life sized mermaid on the shower curtain (different from what is shown in the photos). This was a little weird since we had two teenage boys using that bathroom. The king bed footboard sticks out on each side. My husband and I both hit our legs on the corners multiple times and we are not large people. Also, they provide many more bathroom towels than noted. We packed hand towels because it said we’d only get one per bathroom but there were 3-4 in each bathroom. Also, not unit specific, but the building elevators had multiple issues during our stay including when we arrived. One unit was down and many folks were arriving and unloading. There was a long line for the one working elevator and it took long enough that our teenagers took the stairs with their luggage to the 12th floor. Later in the week, my husband got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes and once security got him out, he heard that the other elevator was also stuck on the 8th floor so he took the stairs. The condo itself was very nice. This feedback is just that, not complaints, just some things that could be improved upon to make it even better than it already is or so others know what to expect.

Great stay!

Everything was as expected. Clean. Neat. Even left us a partial pack of cigarettes on the counter in the event we needed them. Had to reach out to property manager for a second parking pass and it arrived within the hour.

Nice room

We loved that there was plenty of room, especially the wrap around balcony. Furniture and appliances nice and up to date. Only bad thing about this rental was the housekeeping. There was sand in my bed when I turned the covers down. So washed all linen before laying down the first night. The floors had not been swept or cleaned and multiple dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Other than the lack of housekeeping, we loved it!! Would stay again

Beautiful condo

We come to PCB 2-3 times a year and stay on Thomas Drive. I found Watercrest 1210 through the Vacasa app. This condo was very clean. The furniture was comfortable except the king bed left us with backaches and there weren’t enough blankets to stay warm at night. The kitchen was well equipped. They do leave you with minimal supplies so bring your own coffee filters, extra rolls of paper towels, extra garbage bags, and any condiments that you find in most condos on Thomas Drive - but that’s minor compared to the cleanliness and the spectacular views from this place. The WiFi in the building isn’t very reliable so if you use it a lot be prepared. Vacasa is the best rental company we’ve dealt with in years coming here - very responsive. Overall a great vacation.

Just As Described

This is the second time I have used Vacasa. The experience has pretty much made me look at using them first every time. The unit at 1210 was very roomy, good amenities, very clean, and everything in working condition. We had a great time and check in/ check out was flawless.

This Condo is Absolutely Beautiful!!! It looks just like the pictures they have displayed!!!! It’s Very Nice and Spacious and Clean!!!!! Shout out to the EVS Team as Well!!!!! Everything was Nice!!! And the View was Amazing!!!!! We picked this condo because it was an end Condo also meaning that it had a wrap around balcony which we Loved!!!!!! Check in and out was quick and easy!!!!! Shout out to the Vacasa Team!!!! We Truly Enjoyed Our Stay!!!!! And we didn’t need for anything in the unit!!!! It had Everything we needed from a toaster and toaster oven, to extra pillows and covers, plenty of wash towels, washer and dryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, Just Everything We Needed for our Stay!!!!!!! So Thanks to Everyone for Everything!!!!!!! This is the Best Condo in Watercrest!!!! We came for our daughter’s fall break and will be back for her spring break!!!!!! Thanks Again Everyone!!!!!!

Perfect beach getaway !

Starting with the pretty waterwall feature upon arrival to the quick wait time for the elevators. The condo was very clean and loved the attention to details like powerstrips by the bed and extra plug ins on the kitchen bar to accommodate phone chargers. Loved the full length mirrors in the bathrooms. The matresses were great. Maybe use a couple more blankets. The toaster was sketchy but there was the little toaster oven. The security guards were friendly and seemed to keep a good watch on the property. The Vacasa staff seemed intent on making our stay the best it could possibly be ! Thank you !
