Enjoy lovely surrounding views of the ocean and neighborhood from this classic condo, decorated with an old-school Florida flair. You'll love kicking back on the porch swing and watching the wind blow through the palm trees from your own private deck. The shared outdoor pool is also within eyesight!

Natural light floods the inside of this condo, from the furnished living room to the fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning makes things cool and comfortable, and there's a ceiling fan in each room so everyone can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. The main bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized stone standalone shower. Just stick the swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer and head to the deck - this is your retreat near the beach!

Walk across the street for seafood and groceries. Plus, all that 30-A has to offer is just a few miles West, local favorites and Pier Park are to your East, pizza is a mile away, and the less-crowded West Panama City beaches are right out your door!

Fantastic location

The location was fantastic, lots of peaceful time, pool to ourselves mostly and not many on the beach it was perfect. Beautiful beach...Exactly what we were looking for! It was wonderfully relaxing!

Great location!

Great location with a beautiful ocean view and quick walk to the pool and beach. Had some small property issues with the disposal and internet. It took some work to connect with the property managers but they did come and fix our issues once we were able to speak to them.

Beautiful condo

Nice Condo

PCB stay

Beautifully appointed. Very clean. Has everything you will need. Winn Dixie and CVS across the street as well as nice restaurants. Beautiful views from every window. Shells on the beach!! Very quiet neighborhood. The unit is almost soundproof could not hear traffic or neighbors. And again It was extra clean Furniture big and sturdy All beds amazingly comfortable and lots of space in unit.

Winter Vacation

Our stay was very good with a few minor issues. The mattress on king bed could be replaced was uncomfortable to sleep on. The tv's took a little to figure out but got it done. The controls on oven and microwave did not work as should.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Microwave wasn’t working, reported it and it was replaced the next morning. Master bed was uncomfortable, so bring a padding for bed if needed. It was very close to the pool.

Beach access

This condo is an end unit with easy pool and beach access. The car parking is under the building. The master bath has been redone and is nice. The second bath needs some work and the shower leaks. The kitchen is compact but nice. Washer and dryer are in good shape and work nicely.

Fun Place to stay

We stayed a few days before spring break started. It was nice, although the pool was not heated until the last day of our stay, they don't turn on pool heat until spring breakers start. The proximity to beach was nice, easy walk. The communication is maybe a bit excessive, but that's not a problem LOL!! If we had any problems at this location it was with the curtain system. None of the curtain rods go into actual blocking and they were pulling out of the wall all over the place. I made sure to make the property manager aware, one curtain fell while we were there, just from closing it. Overall, awesome place would stay again for sure.

Gorgeous home

We enjoyed this beautiful home during our stay. It had plenty of blankets to snuggle up with. We found the kitchen to be adequate. The ice maker didn't work which was a bummer for the daily cooler we like to fill to take to the beach. And larger coffee mugs and a muffin tin would have been useful. The guest beds were very comfortable while we found the master bed a bit hard. We loved all the windows and the furniture was comfortable and plentiful for our family. We enjoyed being on the lower level with no stairs on the interior. And the proximity of the pool as well. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Good But Could Be Improved

We chose to spend our fall break here for a few days, and the weather was incredible! When we arrived to the complex, I’ll agree with the other reviewers that quite a few parts of the exterior were in disrepair (missing or rotten boards). The room itself was nicely furnished and up to date, however. I’ll also agree with others that the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. Thankfully, the beach in front of the units was wide open and had lots of space! Not sure if it was the timing we went or what, but it was nice to not have to fight crowds at the beach. A couple of other things we noticed that were missed was a code to get in the pool area and possibly some beach towels, but those are small things. A recommendation I’d make to the owner would be getting in touch with the owner of the unit above because all nights we were there it was almost constant stomping from the guests above, which is very frustrating, especially if it’s after 10:00 pm. To sum up, my family enjoyed the stay and we loved the location being in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. it’s a great family friendly area to vacation.

Enjoyed Surf n Swing

We enjoyed our stay at Surf n Swing. Here are a few thoughts that might make our trip better when we return: The office did not know we were staying because they said Vacasa had not communicated with them that we booked the condo even though we did receive texts and emails from Vacasa with the gate code indoor entry code so we were still able to get in to the unit. But it would have been nice if the office at Ramsgate knew we were coming being as well rented through Vacasa, and Vacasa did not communicate with them we had booked. We were still able to get into the unit no problem. The exterior of the condo had rotten boards, although it looked like they were making repairs. A towel rack on the back of the door of the master bath is needed. It looked like there was one before, but had broken off. Easy fix but necessary to keep towels off the floor. The condo was very clean, but the sliding glass doors going out to the patio were very dirty and blocked the view as the screens need to be taken off and the glass cleaned good. When you’re paying $231 + a night for beachfront, it’s frustrating to look out of dirty glass to see the ocean. Also, the back patio needs to be pressure washed. The patio floor looked like it never gets cleaned. The kitchen had lots of storage, but could use some more amenities such as a muffin pan and dishes with lids for food storage. A small dresser in the guest room and master would have been helpful to put clothes. There was adequate room on the left side of the Master for a small dresser and maybe a small one in the closet of the guest room. The bottom drawer of the oven needs to be cleaned. The beds and linens were comfortable. The condo itself was very clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. We did enjoy our stay and will be staying again at Surf n Swing. These are just some thoughts to make the stay at Surf n Swing even better.

Has Potential

We loved the location of the unit. It was close to the pool and easy to get to the beach. We also loved how close it was to grocery shopping and the beaches were not crowded. The people at Vacasa were super nice. Our code on our door quit working and we had to contact them to get it fixed. We didn’t like the bed in the master bedroom. It was so hard! The shower in the master didn’t have much pressure. The washer smelled very bad when we arrived. The cleaning crew could do much better. There was sand all under the table runner of the dining table and an old pop tart and wrapper under one of the beds. I do like the location of Ramsgate, but doubt I’d stay in this particular condo again.

Great Time

Shore fishing was great. Condo was nice, everything worked as it should, with exception of microwave. Once I called it was replaced with a working one.
