Absolutely Amazing Location

The view is a 10 out of 10 and you can easily walk to the beach, pools, hot tub, hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location for anyone.

We had an amazing stay in this unit. Views are beyond perfect, sits on a perfect swimming beach. Walk to a variety of options of restaurants and shops at Whaler's village. Not too crowded - no issues getting a chair at the pool and nice combination of pool options. Staff was amazing. Unit was perfect - beds were super comfortable and I would go back again in a heartbeat. Able to coordinate a later checkout with ease.

Perfect Location

Family Trip to Kaanapali

Unit 3116 at the Kaanapali Alii is a beautiful, well furnished condo on Kaanapali beach with a drop dead gorgeous view of the Pacific. It is walking distance to great restaurants and activites along Kaanapali Beach and a short drive to the Lahaina for more dining and activities. Great place for a family gathering and I guarantee you will leave relaxed and satisfied with you vacation here. Thanks to the owners for the opportunity to stay at you fantastic slice of Maui

A week in Paradise

Beautiful unit with beautiful views. We've stayed at the Alli a couple of times and this unit with its ocean front views of Lanai and the morning surfers is absolutely amazing. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials. It would have been nice to have some foil or tupperware for leftovers but we made do. We will definitely be back. Aloha!

Outstanding location and views

We enjoyed the easy walks to Whaler’s Village and nearby restaurants, and it was also very quick to get in and out of the parking deck and onto the main road as we explored the island of Maui. The resort complex is well-maintained, and the views from the deck are outstanding. We had surfers right outside our window for three days. The condo kitchen was well-stocked and we were provided a nice starter set of basics like paper towels and dishwasher detergent. The beds are comfortable and the tv worked (kind of rare these days). Also enjoyed the beach chairs and portable cooler. Great vacation.

excellent property manager

Maui Resort Rentals was outstanding.! Our first night was troublesome due to no hot water. The property manage was very helpful even though it was not the fault of the unit. The whole building was experiencing the same issue. Additionally, Cara went out of her way to help me acquire an arrangement of roses to be in the unit upon our arrival.

The perfect property for the my wife and I. We were able to relax as planned.

The property was fantastic and exactly what we needed in regards to peace and relaxation. A few minor issues but didn't impact the staty: 1) WiFi: Information provided was not accurate. We had to contact Maui Resorts to come out and assist. It appears the network & passwords had been reset. The service man was GREA and HELPFUL!! 2) Front Office: employees were not helpful and short - I understand the condo is not their property but we were guests to the overall property and they didn't treat us as such. 3) Stove-hood: The corners for the stove hood are extremely sharp and dangerous. Maui Resorts Team was extremely pleasant over the phone and when they came to visit based on our call. Thank you and we would do this again along with staying in the same unit. --Curtis & Jan

Amazing view but rental lacking in some basics

We have stayed at this development before and loved the views and location - but this unit was so poorly stocked (and we have stayed in MANY rentals and own rentals ourselves). The kitchen was lacking basics - salad bowl, tupperware, foil, suran wrap, spices, condiments, etc. Cupboards and refrigerator were bare - and the ice maker didn't work. Washer/dryer room had no small packages of Tide. These supplies cost so little compared to rental price and make a huge difference in the experience. Per my outreach, the property manager did bring us some ice trays and some foil (and some VERY large storage containers that we didn't need). Several lights were out, and the speaker on the very large TV was poor at best. Overall we have stayed in much nicer accommodations for MUCH less money. The deck could have used a smaller table - the table took up way too much room and wasn't possible to get the chairs around it. And not sure why the dining table inside had benches (??) and two seats whose cushions sunk in the middle. Needs a furniture upgrade. We will plan to return to this development but NOT to this unit...

Condo was an excellent location and the view of the beach is unmatched.Condo was clean and everything we needed was there. Maui Resort Rentals was a fantastic host. Communication was great. We would rent from them again.

The view from this unit is spectacular. The unit was furnished very nicely. We enjoyed the pool area and liked having the grills to use for our dinner. We had a very relaxing stay there

Penthouse baby!

This is the best place to stay in the Kaanapali Beach area. When you walk into the unit you are immediately blown away by the views of the ocean. We had 2 friends with their families also staying at Kaanapali Ali'i and our unit was the staging point for every evening out. They all were very jealous of the ocean front location and the ammenities this place has to offer. Sleeping in the comfortable master bedroom with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach is very relaxing. We did not want to leave! Will definately try to book this room on our next visit!

Best Family Beach Vacation

This property was amazing for our family getaway to Maui. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. Amazing views from the windows and balcony. We watched the whales daily during breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Whale Watching Adventure!

This condo exceeded our expectations! We wanted a lazy vacation to sit on the balcony and watch the whales. This luxury condo did not dissapoint, very nicely decorated and well maintained. The panoramic ocean views are stunning, just remember to bring your binoculars.
