Family vaca

The property was extremely nice! There was plenty of room for the entire family which included 7 adults (3 couples) and 3 children between 2-8. The kids loved the arcade games and board games. Very convenient to be 4 houses down from the pool, mini golf, and tennis courts. Overall the family loved our stay.

Fantastic home and host!

Our stay at Joe's place was simply AMAZING. This house offers all the comforts of home and beyond! The Arc (as the house is called) is beautifully designed and decorated and set up as a "state of the art" smart home. There was not one thing that made me think, "I wish this home had a ..." It is conveniently located between ocean and bay, within walking distance to both. This home belongs to the Montego Bay pool association, which houses a clean, decent-sized, outdoor pool. The pool is, literally, a one minute walk from the house and provides a nice alternative to sand and sea. Our party consisted of 6 adults, two teenagers, and two tweens. Our travel dates were from 8/1/2020 to 8/8/2020. We were there during Hurricane Isaias and, to tell you the truth, we would not have wanted to have been anywhere else. We were very comfortable and felt completely safe at all times. Being "stuck" in this house was actually a pleasure. The home has plenty of games and activities to keep all guests of all ages occupied from the vast array of board games from which to choose, to the pinball machine, hockey game, bumper pool, and, the ever so popular, asteroids arcade game, which was, laughably, monopolized the entire time by two 50 year old men!!! Let's not forget about the outdoor ping pong table or the bicycles kept there for guests. We truly felt at home there and we treated the Arc as if it were our own place. Even though there were 10 of us, we never got in each other's way as there was more than enough room for each person to have his/her own personal space. I would like to add that Joe is a wonderful host who is always accessible and always professional. I give him much credit for his understanding of the needs of the traveler and making sure his home has everything a person may desire or require. One thing I must say is that the pictures of the Arc on the websites do not do this home justice. It is much more beautiful in person! I HIGHLY recommend this property! We can't wait to go back!
