Very well maintained and clean property. I appreciate that the fridge was totally empty and spotless. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking. One thing to note linens and towels are not provided and I didn’t realize that until receiving the key code a few days prior. There is a service that provides and delivered linens but I would have preferred to understand that up front.

This was our first time in OCMD, and we were there celebrate a birthday and the labor day weekend with friends. Booking was a breeze, and the hosts were pretty responsive to our messages and the handbook was comprehensive The first positive thing we noticed was the location. You go through a bunch of commercial area and turn into a quiet block of townhouses where this is located. It is a perfect mix of proximity to restaurants and stores, walking distance from the beach and literally across from the community pool.The house itself is adequately appointed. It was cleaned well bedore our arrival. The kitchen has everything as described and there is also a fridge in the garage which is nice, particularly to store stuff that we'd bring to the pool or the beach without lugging it all upstairs. The living room is nice and spacious with a dining area that also has a ton of board games. The bedrooms are adequate for a holiday, and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Can't ask for much else, right?Just note that it is a 3-level home, 3.5 if you count the half floor walk up from the street level to the first level of the house, so it is not very suitable for folks with mobility issues.

Quiet neighborhood of townhomes conveniently located to a delicious ice cream carry out and mini golf and other businesses. Nice amenities with an easy, short walk to the beach. The home itself was comfy with a well supplied kitchen. A nice big dining room table to share your meals. The owners, George and Tina, were awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this property! You will be pleased.

Plenty of space; close to the pool; a couple of times the neighbors were very loud in the middle of the night. Hosts communicated well.

Best one yet!

this is the 3rd year our group has been together for vacation. This house is beautiful, very clean, lots of space and our favorite. It is close to a lot of places and so easy to access to get wherever. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot.

Really great location and beautiful town house. Loved being able to walk to the beach and many locations on the strip. The no linen thing was a little different but not that inconvenient. We rented from a local place and it worked. Again great spot would stay again.

Great House and Location

The house was great for our family. The four bedrooms with three and half bathrooms was plenty of space. The main floor is a nice space to hang out. The house is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, and a short drive to many other spots. We rented linens and towels from Ocean City Rentals which worked well. I would recommend renting bath mats and kitchen towels as well for convenience.

Great location.

We had an excellent stay at this location. George was on top of any issue we had. The home is well maintained tained and spacious. Plenty of chairs, beach toys, 2 wheeled beach carts were a plus for the short walk to the beach. Poolview so we could look out the balcony to see if it was crowded was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Womderul Vacation

We had a terrific week here. The property was extremely clean and was well stocked with all essentials. The beach chairs and beach carts were especially helpful. The location is super convenient with multiple grocery stores close by and walking access to the beach, pool, mini golf, ice cream. Lastly, the communication with the owners was excellent. They checked in on the first day and all inquiries were answered promptly. Highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay again.

Perfect family vacation!

This beautiful townhome was the perfect setting for our family of 9. The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, and board games. The owners, George and Tina were outstanding! George called me a week before our trip to go over some procedures and answer any questions. He called again the day before our arrival to check in and see if we had any further questions. His helpfulness was very much appreciated especially since this was our first visit to Ocean City. The location of this home was perfect! The community pool is literally steps from the house and was never too crowded. The ocean is an easy, short walk and there is a traffic light which makes crossing the street very easy. We were able to also take walks behind the home along the bay/ lagoon. There is an ice cream shop right down the street as well as many shops and restaurants to visit. We took the family to a restaurant nearby called Ropewalk, which was a huge hit for the grandkids. You can dine outside right next to a fun playground, so the kids can play while waiting for food. We thoroughly enjoyed each day in Ocean City and would definitely return again. Thank you to George and Tina for helping our family make wonderful vacation memories!

owners are very nice, and you can see they take pride in their home. The place was very clean, and that means so much to me. I had even wiped up the kitchen floor, and could not believe, my rag was pretty clean.

Wonderful home in Ocean City

We really enjoyed our family vacation here! It's our second year (in a row) in Ocean City, and was important this year to have access to a pool in addition to the beach due to an infant who wouldn't last too long at the beach. So the pool was very useful for that. As shown on the map, the house is across the highway (which is easy to cross, if you're not familiar with it) but near a lot of good restaurants! We had one minor issue with a shower door handle that George responded to very quickly and sent someone out the next day to take care of. George communicated very clearly before the trip (called me the day before the rental started to answer any questions). We were very happy with every aspect of this rental and would certainly recommend it for a visit to Ocean City!

Great location

The house was great! We enjoyed all the space and the pool is right across from the house, so easy walk. Lots to walk to and the handicap beach entrance is right at 70th, so great for my parents. Few things in the house need some extra care. Some things falling apart a little but expected with renters not caring as much as they do their own property. Would suggest sending a check in list for renters so they can do what was already damaged when they arrived to location. Owners are great! Very helpful and accommodating. Easy to talk to as well. Would def stay again.
