Hello Angela, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We do greatly apologize for the unforeseen A/C issues. The A/C was fixed with 12 hours of it being reported to us. Though, it did take some time for the unit to cool down from upper 80s to low 70s. We did credit you for the time you spent without an A/C and for the fans you purchased.
