This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it just as much as the first time! We live in New Orleans, and this is truly the only vacation spot where our whole family feels completely relaxed and at peace. The atmosphere is serene, the location is surrounded by beautiful nature, and everything was simply perfect. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality — we can’t wait to come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s was our second time in this vacation home. The house was clean and have everything we needed. The house had a a new bathroom that make it a lot more convenient for a group of 8 persons The only reason I’m not giving the 5 stars in this opportunity is because the toilets in the secondary bathrooms seems loose, the cooking pans can be in a better shape as well the dishes that several of them are chipped. Also after arriving to the property we find out there is a discount for a returning customer ( we stayed in this same house last summer)we didn’t know about it and we were not offered this discount when we did the booking would be nice if the give us the discount without asking for..Other than that is a lovely house very spacious and perfect location for a relax time at Santa Rosa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this location on the 30A. It’s close to get to Destin and still close to the beach. The house itself was perfect for our family and our pups. We had to find something extremely quickly and the management company was super helpful in finding us a place to stay. The backyard is amazing and we grilled out 2X during our stay. The house itself is nestled on a very quiet street. As short term owners ourself on the Texas Gulf Coast cleaning is big to me and this place did NOT disappoint and lived up to any expectation I would have of our own beach house rentals. We loved all of the NOLA artwork. This place is perfect and we lived it! Well definitely be back!!

Very pleasant and accommodating stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, well maintained and perfectly furnished. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only three minutes drive to the public beach access. The property was also listed as pet friendly, which is great as it is sometimes hard to find listings that allow dogs. We hope to stay again someday!

Family Trip

This house is very nice. Clean, all the appliances, kitchen utensils, gadgets you might need. Comfortable beds. Yard is awesome if you have a dog; enclosed securely. Wonderful porches and back patio. Nice quiet neighborhood. As far as comments about walking to the beach; it is doable but if you’ve got a lot of items to spend the day there , then I’d say use either a golf cart or car. Had a great time. No complaints

Awesome time in this Florida bungalow!!! Love the Santa Rosa Area!!!

Wonderful time in this house you have everything that you need, really clean,modern and beautiful. Lots of details and a 5 min ride to the beach. Outdoor spaces really nice for relax after a day in the beach! Located in a seclude and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near groceries stores. Definitely we will love to go back!!!

Perfect 10

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. My wife can be very discerning and she was very complementary of the home, its features, and cleanliness. She would like to plan a future stay here. The home is located in a quiet neigborhood and it is truly beautiful inside and out. It has a modern, open feel and well appointed throughout with great decor. It felt like home - including top end kitchen and laundry appliances. A/C climate control system was excellent; the temperature was consistent throughout all rooms in the home and no issues with humidity. Bedrooms were attractive and the beds were very comfortable. Leisurely walk to downtown area and beach access. Also, the home was well maintained and exceptionally clean which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch for breakfast. Your home really made our vacation extra special - thank you!

Weekend Wedding

We enjoyed staying at Restful Ridge so much. The pictures on-line do not do it justice. Its beautiful. Everything you need is there. Very convenient to everything on Santa Rosa Beach and 30A. Drive to the beach not bad at all. Cant wait to plan our next stay.

Perfect family with pets home

The layout of the home was perfect for our family. One big lovely great room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a comfortable furniture and a nicely placed big screen TV. Master bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom. Two nice bedrooms for our kids. The outdoor space here was fantastic. Big front porch with swing. Two screened in porches, and a lot of deck space all with comfortable furniture. The backyard is fenced in with a lot of landscaping; our dogs loved it. Very nice neighborhood too. We’ll be back.

Awesome Thanksgiving Weekend

Great place to stay. The interior was perfect for preparing meals and socializing with everyone. The outdoor spaces were awesome and cozy. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely return. Only one slight negative would be the hot water took a while to come through the faucets. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and plates. Great weekend!

Fabulous trip!!

Our family loved staying at this property! It was clean and well equipped. We had lots of room for family puzzles and games - plus we made some great meals. Plenty of room, both inside and out, for us to have a great time. The neighborhood was great and we were close to the beach!! We will DEFINTELY be back here again! Vacation retreat at Restful Ridge

Our family of 5, with 2 adult children and our dog, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The house is located in a nice, peaceful neighborhood with the beach, grocery, shops, and restaurants close by. The house is beautifully decorated inside and out. The outdoor area was one of the reasons why we chose this property, and it did not disappoint. Lots of space to chill and relax. Our dog loved the front, and especially the back yard where he could roam and explore at his leisure. The entire place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again and again.

Peaceful stay!

My so. Was getting married in grayton beach and this lovely home was available to us. We enjoyed our stay. It’s located close enough to the beach but far enough to get the peace and quiet. It was very comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again! Highly recommend!
