Welcome to Gulf Breeze Vacations in Destin! We have three 5b properties that are VERY close to the gulf; Ocean Retreat Villa, Southern Sands and Beach Walk!
I'm Jan - lover of food, travel, exercise and meeting new people. My husband and I have adult twins that live in Atlanta, and we spend most of our time in Destin.
We are thrilled to share the house with you and your family & friends! Our goal is for you to have a memorable vacation! If it is your first time to Destin, we can assist you.

The Destiny East neighborhood is an upscale, gated community that has amenities that are unique to this HOA. When you come through gate, the streets are lined with pavers and sidewalks that lead to the beach. From the house, you can easily walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the community pool, spa, gym, theater, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and sidewalks for walking, biking and running to the beach. There is a tunnel that is part of the sidewalk that take you below the road.
The house is centrally located to explore everything that Destin and the surrounding areas have to offer.

When you walk into the house, your eyes lead you to the view of the lanai, salt-water private pool and spa. You will love basking in this pool and spa while everyday life melts away. At night-time there are LED, multi-colored lights. You will love relaxing in the screened-in lanai in the day, and night time with LED lights.
There are many upgrades including; quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded tile floor in the master bedroom, new tile in the master shower and more.
The inside of this spacious house has an open concept kitchen, and high ceilings. The home is light, bright and airy with a lots of window and natural light. Plus, the two comfortable entertainment areas for your group/family to connect, gather and make memories.
