This was a very cozy house with a country cottage feel. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice seating areas. The only issue was the clothing dry was not functional, no heat. This made it hard to do wash for a family.

perfect stay!

Our stay at Cypress View was everything we wanted it to be! Totally comfortable house with everything we needed. Beautiful view with a quiet slice of Orcas beach front, peaceful surroundings, large home with plenty of space, otters and seals to watch… in all, a perfect balance of a place to hang out and a home base to explore from. Thanks!

Orcas Island with the grandkids.

From the moment we walked in, we all felt like the place was/is someone’s home that they had welcomed us to. Wonderful place full of beautiful things that appear to be associated with great memories. Beautiful view and nice neighbors. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Orcas Island.

Dream vacation

This was an amazing stay. The view was so perfect, and we went to the beach every day. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The set up of the home was perfect for a family. Kids playing yard or basement while grown up enjoyed the view upstairs. Best vrbo I’ve had in a long time. I’d def go back again!

Relaxing Orcas Island getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience renting the home on Orcas Island in the Sea Acres community. The home was as advertised and in great shape. Great views and close to Moran State Park.

The view is probably the best one on the island. We had some pretty tough challenges checking in but the host was receptive to making up for it the next day as much as she could. The house itself needs some TLC and I left a list of things that could use repairs, as requested. It was a long list but a lot of it was minor.

Stunning

I brought my parents and adult siblings to this wonderful home to relive our annual childhood vacations of sailing in the Puget Sound. We had a great time recalling our family vacations and creating new memories. This home was very comfortable for our group of eight. The views are stunning. The community was filled with awesome people, who shared wonderful stories about the area. The home was well appointed. We had everything we needed, and the rental company was very generous with supplies -- soap, toilet paper, and detergent. We had an awesome time and would definitely come back.

Amazing views and peaceful area

Spent 5 days 4 nights on Orcas Island at Sea Acres and our plan was to explore this beautiful island. We hit most of the great things to do - hiked to Mt. Constitution, kayaked to Point Doughty, sampled the local cuisine and took in the lovely sunrises and sunsets (and beautiful night skies) from the decks of this home. Access to the beach area was easy and the sounds peaceful. Home was well equipped, accommodated 7 adults easily with outside dining and chairs to take in the views. Only one slight drawback was there were no screens on some of the windows and with no central air (we visited in August, 2022) there were a few uninvited flying insects. Highly recommend this house for the peaceful views!

Beautiful location, had an amazing week

House: The house had amazing unobstructed views of the water and fit our 2 families great. The 2 levels gave us nice room to spread out. It was clean and had nice linens and some basic amenities (ie. Things like hand and dish soap). We really enjoyed the space. We sat on the deck and enjoyed every meal. Property: This property and community are beautiful. There was no one there the week we stayed, which was perfect. It was quite, peaceful and a fun space for the kids to run around. The beach and dock were very special, we spent hours a day out there. We went sea glass hunting, crab catching and saw ottors, bald eagles and seals. Surprisingly, it does not seem like many properties throughout Orcas had access to a beach and dock, so this is special. -Something to consider is how far from emergency assistance this place is, which didn't occur to me until we arrived at the property with 4 kids under 6. It turned out fine, but just something to weigh in your decision.

Sea Acres is the place to be.

This house was so great for our group. Bedrooms configured perfectly, great gathering spaces in the dining area and downstairs. Views were off the charts. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and serene

This place was perfect! It had a full view of the water, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! The online description had it as a south facing home but it’s actually east facing which provided brilliant sunrises and was cooled off for the evening. With the exception of a neighbors and a guests unruly dogs who charged us and gave us quite the scare we had a great time. Thank you!

The View!!

We have rented this house multiple times, and we will never ever tire of the amazing view. The house is beautiful and well equipped, very comfortable, and fun. Frequent otter, seal, eagle, and heron sightings, deer, hummingbirds, and occasional whales and dolphins if you keep your eyes peeled. This house is the greatest.

Beautiful home with a spectacular view!

Property was clean and wonderful! Many amenities with TV's, games, books, music, guitar, BBQ and decorative maps throughout the house. We had a wonderful time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our 4 night stay there! Cooked a lot and had friends from Shaw Island over for lunch on the upper deck. We really enjoyed all the maps on the walls. Few things to needs a new fridge with working ice maker, the upstairs toilet runs constantly, the coffee pot needs replacing because of mold in water chamber, was cold in AM but furnace pilot wasn't turned yet. Overall a 5.... Beautiful and fun place. Groceries are about 35 minutes away in Eastsound and ferry landing is 45 minutes away.
