Great Location!

Great location! Loved the furniture and artwork! Great taste. The kitchen needed more plates, glasses, dish towels, and pot holders. The livingroom needed 1 more chair. We love Long Beach Rezort!

Vacation at Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed staying in this this unit. Longbeach Resort is in a great location convenient to everything. And the beach area is really nice, not to mention the multiple pools! We enjoyed our stay!! I recommend staying at Longbeach Resort in PCB.

My Birthday Weekend!

This property was nice and very clean. It was well after 4 p.m. before we could check in. Just a little inconvenienced with that. Need some pot holders if you plan on cooking! Great location and the weather was beautiful!

Great view and breeze!

Loved the location! So convenient to everything! Beach was clean and the water was like the Caribbean Sea. We love the Emerald Coast 🤙 kitchen was checked out and spacious. Loved that there was an ice maker too…very convenient.

Relaxing

Condo was very clean, looked exactly like the listing. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms was breathtaking. Everything was well stocked as far as kitchen accessories. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

We love PCB!!

We enjoyed this property everything was as described, the only negative would be the door to the balcony it leaks pretty bad when it rains and is a little hard to open at times. Overall we enjoyed this unit and would stay again!

2024 family vacation

We love long beach. We do not like tower one due to teenagers partying in front of property. Really liked our room just not 13th floor. Pool and hang out always great! Would like to see about getting vrbo refund back. Didnt realize we could book directly and you charged a hidden fee of 300.

Perfect choice. Amazing stay. Last minute booking for Soring Break. Affordable

Book that Condo will forever be my Panama City Beach 1st choice. Everything was perfect! Check in and check out was the convenient, easy, and fast. The property is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were just right. Beach access was steps away. The beach was not overcrowded. This was my best spring break trip. I took my granddaughters for a girls trip. Their ages are 12, 14, 16, and 17. I got my deposit back as promise in 7-14 days!

Family Vacation 2022

We always like to stay at LB, it’s our 1st choice. We go every fall for our annual vacation. This year we added our fist grandchild. We shall see you again next year. Would like for the tiki bar to be open later for evenings instead of closing at 5😊

Most of the experience was great

The check in time was way too late especially after traveling all day. We have stayed at lkng beach every year for 16 years and never checked in as late as it was this trip!! Will.not rent again from Book that Condo... only from property owner from this point forward

Great condo

Condo could use a little updating. Living area door to balcony extremely hard to open and close. Windows condensed over. Guest tub was a slow drainer. Mainly just cosmetic issues. On the plus side. Condo is large and decorated verybeachy. Great location. Would rent again.

Nicely decorated condo with an amazing view of the ocean

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated! Amazing 13th floor view of the ocean. The host Michelle and Book That Condo were great with correspondence before and during our stay, checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was good. As in other reviews the patio door was frosted over and was very hard to open and close but we just used the bedroom doors to access the patio, so not a big deal to us. I would definitely book this condo again!

Dirty & outdated

The condo was extremely dirty, everything is outdated, there was holes in the door casings as well as mold, the toilets did not work, the floors, and the carpet were definitely not mopped or vacuumed. Under equipped, just a horrible overall experience.
