Wonderful!!

What a beautiful place! Large, clean, updated and with spectacular views. The huge beach was a short walk and the pool was immaculate. St. Simon's Grand's location is perfect. We had a terrific time and if we come back - we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Well appointed and lots of space. Depending on makeup of your party- primary is huge and smallest bedroom is quite small, we were adult mother and daughter travelers would be wonderful for a family! Enjoyed our stay.

Wedding weekend with friends

Three couples shared this unit. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom was great, the other two bedrooms were ok. The deck/patio had nice furniture and view. We loved walking the beach and hanging out by the pool. All in all we had a great weekend.

Great Location

This condo was very convenient to all we wanted to do in the area and most importantly on the beach! The kitchen was well equipped for eating in and out! Plenty of room for my family (4 adults) to move around and about. Rental property agents were quick to respond. Loved being on the 3rd floor, which afforded us a perfect view of the Atlantic!

Would definitely recommend Lilmar properties. Very responsive to needs. Condo was as listed and very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at St. Simons Grand for over 20 years and it was a delight to deal with Adam and his company.

Beautiful getaway - will return

We celebrated my best friend's bday weekend here with our husbands and it was a perfect weekend! Our only issue was the no see ums biting us constantly and that the beach isn't as beautiful up close littered with thousands of jelly fish bodies. But the view from our property, the location, and how well stocked the place was were A+.

Seriously amazing apartment! Highly recommend

With 3 bedrooms (REAL bedrooms, not a "pretend" third bedroom) and 3 FULL baths, as well as parking availability, a fully stocked kitchen, tvs in every room, and a beautiful view of the beach, the apartment itself was amazing. The pool and beach were so easy to reach and made for a really relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Gas and charcoal grills available and easy to use made dinners a breeze, too. The hosts were very communicative (I believe property managers) and we had zero issues with anything. There are also a few restaurants and a frozen custard place with a really cool fenced in play area (awesome for little children and tired parents) all in walking distance. The pool staff were very friendly, too! Loved Cleveland and how attentive and supportive she was, nothing escaped her. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view

My husband and I, as well as my BFF and her husband spent a week in this beautiful condo. We were at St. Simons for the RSM Classic. The unit itself was as pictured, but better. Very comfortable and clean with a very well supplied kitchen. The view was awesome any time of day, with an easy walk to the beach. The full moon during our stay was a beautiful sight. We will not hesitate to rent again.

Perfect Retreat

We have enjoyed a wonderful week at 306! The nights were quiet, the beds comfy, the beach was gorgeous as always, pool was refreshing and everyone had a great time. The condo has everything we needed, even had a tea kettle, so these tea grannies were very happy about that! The condo was also easy to keep clean, not fussy, but solidly elegant. We enjoyed the puzzles, checkers game and splurging on HGTV. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Amazing!

We have wanted to try the St Simon’s Grand for years, and we’re not disappointed. The condo was beautiful, with all the small touches that make a stay so easy and fun. The views of sunrise and sunset were simply spectacular and the property is immaculate. Walk to the beach with the new land ridge is super easy, and the pool was a nice reprieve from the beach in the afternoons. The condo itself has a great setup for families, and the view from the master can’t be beat. Condo owners have given all the right amenities from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of hooks in the bathrooms! We will be back!!

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand very much. The condo was lovely and had a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as some spectacular sunrises. The entire complex is very nice, and was very quiet. The only (minor) issue we had was that there is a large tidal pool on the beach directly in front of the complex which means you have to walk the length of about two football fields to get around it to get to the main beach. It makes for a bit of a hike, but not difficult. It was not a problem for us but would be difficult for someone with any mobility issues. We plan to return again next September!

St.Simon Grand

This was a generous sized condo. The furnishings were very up scale. The little things helped, thank you Lilmar for the bag of artisan coffee. Our balcony view of the beach afforded spectacular sun rises and the cool dusk cocktail events. We enjoyed the centered gardens and used the cool refreshing swimming pool, which had all the nice amenities (bathrooms, showers, hot tub. The swimming pool water was crystal clear and easy on my open eyes under water.
