The condo was so spacious and laid out perfectly for two small families.The ocean view was amazing, and the walk to the pool and beach was super short; 5-7 minutes.We loved being able to rent a tent, chairs, towels and ice cooler that was set up daily.The host response was great and quick.The condo was super clean, well stocked and we loved having three bathrooms and a patio.We will rent the same unit again..

Great communication with Real Escapes & quick replies to any inquiries. Easy check-in and check-out process. Beautiful condo with lovely views! Very clean! Loved being on the beach - easy walk and property grounds are very well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to replace the can opener. Would definitely rent again!

Great view and location. Spacious for the whole family. But needs some updates and better cleaning. Dusty, mildewed shower, personal items left behind from previous renters in the washing machine. Front door is not properly secured. Bedding in master was very dingy.

St. Simons at the Grand

The condo was gorgeous and I loved the qork the island ia doing to preserve the shoreline and prevent erosion. The work is bringing back natural plantlife to the area.

Our door wouldn’t lock from the outside, so when we went out our room was unlocked. Not enough towels or wash cloths, we had to wash everyday because we only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 days. There were plenty of pots & pans, but you need some non stick pans. The condo was beautiful though.

Great Stay Overall

We had a great time. The unit was as described & had many things needed to make our stay wonderful. However, we didn’t realize we had to bring paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (for laundry & dishwasher) etc Knowing that ahead of time would’ve been helpful.

Loved it!!

We planned a last-minute trip to the beach for spring break this year. I checked vrbo and loved the beach view and scenery from this condo. It is beautiful! I'm very picky about how clean a place is, and I was very surprised and happy that this place was immaculately clean. My grandsons didn't want to leave. They wanted to stay another day, but we had to leave my husband had to go to work. We will be back next spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family holds its annual reunion on SSI, and most of us stay at the Grand. My immediate family and I stayed in Condo 307 this year and really loved it. Nice furniture, kitchen appliances and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. We'll be back in this same condo next summer!
