Gracious space as we had a guest that was in a wheelchair. Thinly thing that was hard to navigate was the restrooms as door frames are small for wheelchair. Our stay had comfortable beds and gorgeous views!!

Wonderful Getaway Spot with Family!

We had a great time at this location - clean and plenty of space with an amazing view! The unit is larger than the pictures show with lots of space for everyone. Loved how there was a bathroom for each bedroom and their are plenty of hooks to hang items up in the entryway and in the bedrooms. It was spacious, clean, and loved the privacy shades for the main living room and the main bedroom at night. The balcony was large with lots of seating and the kitchen area was clean and modern. The property management team was responsive to our call and very helpful. The covered parking and easy gate access was a plus. We loved the walk out to the beach with different paths and the floating bridge access to the beach was unique. Close to many restaurants and shops too! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!!

We planned a last-minute trip to the beach for spring break this year. I checked vrbo and loved the beach view and scenery from this condo. It is beautiful! I'm very picky about how clean a place is, and I was very surprised and happy that this place was immaculately clean. My grandsons didn't want to leave. They wanted to stay another day, but we had to leave my husband had to go to work. We will be back next spring break.

St. Simons at the Grand

The condo was gorgeous and I loved the qork the island ia doing to preserve the shoreline and prevent erosion. The work is bringing back natural plantlife to the area.

This unit is roomy and nicely updated , except for the master bathroom. Great view, although it is quite a walk to the beach.

Great Stay Overall

We had a great time. The unit was as described & had many things needed to make our stay wonderful. However, we didn’t realize we had to bring paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (for laundry & dishwasher) etc Knowing that ahead of time would’ve been helpful.

The views of the ocean and grounds from the 3rd floor were just gorgeous during the day and even at night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, was very clean and tastefully decorated with a cute beach theme. The management company was also extremely helpful and pleasant! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming for almost 20 years - the last six have been at the Grand 307. The unit is always clean and very well stocked. The beach is just beyond the pool and the view from the balcony is great. Since we have been renting 307, the owners have invested in all new sliders and a new heat pump and air handler. Over the years we have had minor issues with various condos and Real Escapes has always resolved them promptly. We have been very pleased with Mary, Brook and the staff at Real Escapes. We are booked for 2024!

Very nice!

We had a great time and the condo was very nice! However there wasn’t enough toilet paper and needed new pillows. They felt like they have been stuffed with cotton balls. Also it looks like it could be time to update the towels they were dingy but everything was nice overall

Family reunion home

My immediate family and I stayed in Condo 307 this year and really loved it. Nice furniture, kitchen appliances and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. We'll be back in this same condo next summer!
