Perfection.

Stayed May/June 2018 We spent 10 days in this perfect apartment. Everything you could wish for and more. Really, really comfortable beds in all bedrooms and really relaxing spaces. Both bathrooms were great. Fantastic spaces. Master bedroom large and spacious with lovely french doors. Plenty of towels for all. Beach/pool towels also provided. There was nothing that we needed that was not in the apartment. Air conditioning throughout. Although we did not need to use during our visit I’m sure it will be as efficient as everything else within the apartment. Grounds around the apartment are simply beautiful. Lots of care and attention given. Anders and Anne Lise answered all my questions really quickly and were more than helpful. What a perfect find. Would love to return and sure we will. Fantastic apartment in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, everything about it was perfect. The complex is lovely with well maintained gardens and pools. Location is excellent, literally half way between Puerto Banus and Marbella, a short walk down to the main road where you can catch a bus to either resort. It is a great apartment for groups of friends or a family, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to others.

A wonderful stay

The apartment is well appointed and nicely updated with large bathrooms and beautiful balconies, mature gardens to look out on and many things to do on the property including multiple pools, tennis courts, and even an onsite restaurant. The location of the complex is really close to many restaurants and shops. This was perfect for our family and the owner couldn't be more kind.

Excellent modern villa in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet close to places to go

Extremely well-equipped and comfortable modern villa in a peaceful neighborhood with very good connections to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beach side, restaurants etc. Communication with the owners super convenient and prompt and. Local property management very professional, welcoming and easy to deal with. Thank you for having us!

Amazing and immaculate property!

We have just returned from Casa Lila and all I can say is WOW. We had high expectations for the apartment based on the pictures and the reality it certainly didn’t disappoint. The actual urbanisation is immaculate with numerous pools and is wonderfully landscaped. The property itself is a great size and is kitted out with everything you could ever need. The finish of everything is exceptional and you can tell the owners take great pride in keeping it to a high standard. The location is also perfect as it’s right in the middle of Marbella centre and Puerto Banus, and both are within easy reach from the apartment. We genuinely had a great time and the owner is fantastic at responding to any queries you may have. Will definitely return when we we are back in Marbella. 5 stars without a doubt!

Lovely short break

A group of us stayed for 5days in early June - Apartment is in the perfect location walking distance to puente romano and only short taxi jorney to anywhere else. Very secure with 24hr security and gated entrance. The apartment was spotless with everything you need from towels, pots and pans, straightners to tennis rackets, Master room was a fab size with an amazing bath room. The two double rooms were perfect with plenty of storgae space and hangers. Every evening we had pre drinks on the balcony which overlooks the main pool. Would highly recomend and cant wait to return!

Wonderful flat in beautiful surroundings!

We had the pleasure of staying in this well organised and neat flat in beautiful surroundings close to Marbella Club and Puente Romano. Our hosts were very nice and accomodating to us, trying their best to make us feel comfortable. There is a very informative information pack upon arrival which we made good use of. The flat itself has a modern Interior with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are big and airy. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything was in good working order. The garden is a treat for the eye and there was one pool open and heated already in april. Kids had lots of areas to play at. We had a wonderful stay and we are sure coming guests will too!

Beautiful apartment in stunning grounds

This apartment is stunning. It is light and airy with lovely furniture and was clean and tidy when we arrived and is filled with everything you could possibly want. We also stayed here two years ago and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly both times. Anne Lise responses to all queries quickly and is an excellent owner. The grounds have 3 swimming pools, and is based near to the Puento Romano hotel, and in walking distances to cafes and food shops. Highly recommended.

Beautiful!

Myself and five other friends stayed here at this beautiful apartment. Three good size bathrooms and one with an en suite. We did not want for nothing, the apartment had everything we needed inc Hair Straighteners, Hair Dryers. Plenty of towels and towels for the pool. Large balcony to sit on and enjoy the views. We were only here for three days so not sure as to what there is around. We did walk to the local supermarket Lidl which was about a 30 min walk. But for the rest of our stay we got taxi's which can work out expensive if more than four ppl as you will have to get two or more taxi's. All in all it was lovely and i would definately recommend Casa Lila the place to stay.

Easter 2018

As we drove through the gateway to the apartment complex we were greeted by beautiful planting, flowers, several swimming pools and whitewashed beautiful apartments. Our apartment had a large balcony with a view over large parts of the facility - and was screened for other nabours while it was on the 2nd floor. The apartment was kept in a minimalist style, with 3 bedrooms - a large with attached bathroom. Just outside the kitchen there was a small balcony(second balcony), which was lovely to take in the morning coffee. It was short way down to the beach, and it was a nice walk from the apartment into Marbella city center / Old Town or Puerto Banus. We have used the apartment once before but last time we drove to all places. It was nice to see the area by foot and it gave an even better impression of the location and the area. Overall, we are very pleased and will for sure book the apartment again. It is centrally located - and there are several swimming pools in the area - one that is always heated - making sure you always leave the apartment with a taste of summer. Even though it has been Easter.

Not your average holiday apartment !

When I say this isn't your average holiday apartment you will know this when you walk in the door , it feels like home . The style and soft furnishings make this a lovely home from home for me and my family . Comfy beds to in the master bedroom , lovely ornaments which is unusual in most , large bathrooms . If you forget anything don't worry ! There are plenty of towels to use for the pool in the wiring cupboard, toiletries and essentials (but leave some behind if your own for the next holiday makers is a nice thought). They even have hairdryers and straighteners ! A view to the main pool is beautiful reminded us of a Greek setting with the arches and the sun sitting behind it for most the day however there is also shade on the outside terrace if you want to move a chair . The heated pool is viewable also from the terrace which is handy for folding days or out of season . The urbanisation is one of the best and most exclusive in Marbella with security and only a 15 minute walk to Puente Romano where you can find amazing restaurants and swanky bars . All in all a great place to stay but please leave it as you found it as we would like to go again ! Thank you to the owners who are extremely lovely and trusting people who deserve to have good respectful renters .

Die Wohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man so braucht, und mehr ;). Wir mussten lediglich den Wasserkocher entkalken aber ansonsten war alles sauber.

Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need for comfort and self catering. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. Lots of storage space and plenty of mirrors. The beds were super comfortable. Balcony was a good size overlooking one of the pools (which was beautifully lit during the evenings). Absolutely fantastic surroundings - trees, flowers, fountains - and everything impressively well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Dream Weekend

An idyllic setting for a long weekend in a luxurious, elegantly constructed and beautifully maintained enclosed apartment resort. From the drive through the gate, Señorio de Marbella gives an immediate sense of style, comfort and tranquillity whilst still capturing the look and feel of classical Spain. Conveniently situated a 5-minute drive from Marbella or Puerto Banús or a brisk 15 minute walk down to the beach, yet not too close to the hot spots, this is a superbly designed facility with 3 vastly diverse swimming pools, various sporting facilities and an on-site restaurant. The apartment itself is designed beautifully with luxurious details. A large master bedroom with a tastefully refurbished on suite bathroom is supplemented by 2 amply sized bedrooms that share another, equally well fitted bathroom. The spacious, open plan kitchen is also newly installed and equipped with all the necessary appliances and implements one could dream of, through which one can access the utility room, complete with washing machine, via a small yet functional terrace. Included in the deal is use of reserved underground parking which can be easily accessed via an elevator. You can also indulge yourself with a good cup of coffee on the smaller terrace just outside the kitchen, or a class of wine on the impressive main terrace overlooking the beautiful pool. Perfect for families seeking a secure, enclosed, well equipped environment close enough to local attractions yet far enough away from hot spots. Gets a huge yes from us.

Very nice apartment in a good location

We really enjoyed our week in this apartment. The complex is lovely and has some very nice pools. Unfortunately most were closed as it was not peak season but I imagine in height of summer this place is fantastic and the bar/restaurant looked like it would be great in the summer too. Walking distance to Puente Romano but we took the car to everywhere else. Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town are both really close by. The apartment is very spacious with everything you would need for your holiday. Lots of handy things were already there like soap, toilet roll etc which was very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to book here again.

Excellent luxury apartment

This apartment was a luxurious stay for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. It had everything you could possibly ask for, especially the kitchen equipped with all you could need. The complex was about a 10 minute walk away from the main road where you could grab a coffe and eat at the bakery or other cafes. The pools and gardens at the complex were lovely and well kept. I will definitely be returning!

In 2014 we spent some time trying to find the perfect apartment in Marbella. My husband and I ended up in Senorio de Marbella. When we saw this domain, we totally fell in love with this place. We upgraded the whole apartment between Jan.15. Now it´s modern with a luxury touch. We are there several times a year to make sure the apartment is updated. In 2023 we bought a new sofa, table, and dining table. We like to rent out our properties to people that care about the small details and believe this will add positively to your stay in Marbella.

Totally renovated (2015), 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment (135 m2 internal) with private terraces (20m2 and 8m2). Sea and pool view. Fantastic tropical surroundings. The domain have its architectural inspiration from Alhambra in Granada.

Facilities include 4 large swimming pools (one salt water and heated out of season), tennis and paddle tennis courts, saunas, jacuzzi, ping pong, children’s play area and pool. There is a private restaurant within the development.

All set in beautiful grounds which are secure and gated with 24 hour security.

Parking in private garage,

The apartment sleeps 6 people with a double and twin bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom and an other bathroom to share for the other bedrooms.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and there is two large flat screen TV with Satellite channels (approx. 100) available.This is a superb location set between Marbella and Puerto Banus, overlooking the sea and approx. 650m from the beach at Puento Romano (famous hotel). Both Marbella and Puerto Banus are easily walkable using beautiful established promenade at the beach front. Facilities in the area are superb with easy access to most sporting/leisure facilities as well as great shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus. Nearest beach are Beach Nagueles, one of the best beaches in Marbella.
