Tiny House on the River

Tiny is perched near our home above the Black River. It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants.
Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets.
Exquisite Wisconsin design and craftsmanship is on display in cedar trim, cherry cabinets, oak floors and tons of high-end accoutrements like granite countertops, heated floors, fireplace, a heavenly bed, and more.
A wall of windows offers ever changing views of the Black River. A plush day bed on the screen porch is great for a lazy nap, for listening to the babbling rapids below or to just curl up with a book and enjoy!

Beautiful, quiet, and adoring home. We loved the large windows looking out to the riverside and the peaceful evenings sitting outside at night listening to nature. Perfect visit to Black River Falls.

We loved Tiny! It was perfect for us to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the screen porch to relax in. Close to things we wanted to do. We will be back and definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful little home! Very clean, exactly as described. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this place! I stayed by myself but I plan to be back with my husband!

This place was very clean and it was quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The view is very nice. Though we didn't have any meals there. it looked like it did not lack anything to cook a meal. I would recommend this to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiny. The property is nice and dark when you want to watch stars and relax into the evening. Tiny had everything we needed for a two night stay to cook some meals, do some work, and then relax when we needed it. Watching the baby bunnies and fireflies through the big picture windows was fun. Will book again and check out more of the nature around Black River next time!

They had everything for making food including seasoning which I really liked the bed was comfy and it was cool enough to not wake up sweaty it was to windy to have a fire but there's always next time

What a cute spot! This place is well put together and so cozy. It was very clean, has a super comfortable bed, and a great screened in porch to enjoy the views without the bugs. A short 10 minute bike ride to downtown BRF, 5 minute drive to Castle Mound for pine forest hikes, and 35 minutes to the Sparta trailhead for the Elroy-Sparta bike trail. I also loved that it runs off heat pumps and solar panels, providing an energy efficient and sustainable getaway. Note this is in a backyard with neighbors on the other side as well so not super secluded but still a great spot.

Tiny was exactly what we were looking for when spending a relaxing weekend away. The place was clean, well kept and the fireplace kept it cozy. The view of the river is a definite bonus as you feel secluded, surrounded by nature. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!!

So very glad we stayed at the Tiny House. Can’t say enough about how well kept the house and grounds were as well as the cleanliness. Communication with the hosts also a plus. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a large pickup truck with an atv on a trailer and the driveway was a little challenging for us. Contacted Tom and he immediately responded with where we could park. This fantastic house made our little getaway just perfect. Thank you Verona and Tom for sharing it.
