The house is the last house in the village and is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. The house is not isolated and out of respect for the neighbors parties or any activity that may disturb is not allowed. Quiet family gatherings are allowed.

Villa Maria is a house from 1906. It has a 1500 m² garden and the house and the garden are cataloged by the town hall for their great heritage value.

The house is divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a wide hallway with a piano, a WC and the entrance with lots of information about activities and information about the surroundings.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 14 people and two bathrooms.
The third floor consists of a suite with a double bed and two single beds and has a separate kitchenette and bathroom and a hallway with a single bed. If there are less than 14 people and you want 6 bedrooms instead of 5, you can use this suite by paying the corresponding supplement. Check the terms.

The garden is very large with different areas.

Pets included PPP are allowed. The garden is surrounded by a wall and the dogs cannot go out.

You can walk to the center of the village (5 minutes) and you can also get there from Barcelona by train. Line R2 north and the station is Palautordera. (50 minutes from Paseo de Gracia).

In the village there are supermarkets, delicatessens, restaurants, takeaways,.... Market on Saturday morning.

In the surroundings there are many and varied activities for all ages.
