家は2016年に完全に改装され、2階に分かれています。

5つの大きな客室と、美しく装飾されたベッドルームがあります。そのうち4つはクイーンサイズのベッドで、もう1つはトリプル二段ベッドで子供に最適です。 メインスイートには、液晶テレビ、ベッドソファ、6mの専用テラスがあります。

快適なソファと液晶テレビのあるラウンジエリア、設備の整ったキッチンのある広々としたダイニングルーム、美味しい夕食を調理するのに必要なすべての器具を備えています（ガラスセラミックコンロ、食器洗い機、オーブン、電子レンジ、洗濯機、ワイン冷蔵庫.. 。）。

見つけることができる2つのバスルーム（各フロアに1つ）：ジャグジー付きのバスルーム-ジャグジーと1つのバスのシャワー。 2番目のバスルームにハイドロマッサージコラムを備えた2つのシャワー。

深さ0. 50mから1. 60mのさまざまな深さの6mx4mサイズの日当たりの良いプライベート海水プールを提供しています。暑い日の涼しい日には理想的です。

日陰でテーブルを備えた拡大チルアウトポーチを見つけることができます。そこでは、料理を楽しむことができます。また、夕方の新鮮な風で昼食後に眠る大きなパレットソファもあります。

Une maison très agréable pour y séjourner. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et attentionnés. La plage est à proximité donc nous ne sommes pas obligé de prendre la voiture tous les jours.

Belle maison parfaitement adaptée à un large groupe de vacanciers. De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et donnent de bons conseils sur les différents lieux à visiter et les différents moyens de transport pour aller dans les villes à coté. Super pour un séjour en Espagne

Great Villa, Great Host, Great Time

Susana was a very lovely Host, she accommodated all our needs and made the check in process as simple as possible. Helped us during our whole stay and was in contact with us during the whole stay. Would highly recommend and will be back soon

Très bon séjour en famille

L'hébergement est très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la plage. Les propriétaires à l'écoute des besoins et intervenant au moindre problème. Très agréable pour passer un bon moment en famille.

Amazing time

We had a great time staying here, the property was lovely and very close to the beach which was great! The area is amazing with a lot to do, especially in the beach area, and we also took the opportunity to visit barcelona which was a short train journey away. Susana was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and gave us guidance on activities and restaurants in the area which was amazing. We all really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 9 Mädels in dem schönen Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Außerdem waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich und bei Fragen wurde einem immer direkt weitergeholfen. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall ein weiteres mal für das Haus entscheiden und es weiterempfehlen:)

Maison adaptée à un groupe

Maison située à proximité de toutes commodités et bien adaptée aux groupes. Les chambres sont à l'étage, ce qui permet d'utiliser le séjour sans déranger ceux qui préfèrent le repos. La maison est bien équipée, il manquait juste des couvertures pour le mois d'avril, mais la maison était chauffée. Séjour agréable.

Le logement est très bien placé. L’électroménager est un peu vétuste. Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. L’accès aux chambres de l’étage se faisait par l’extérieur ce qui n’était pas pratique avec une sdb/wc en bas et une en haut… Ce n’était pas précisé…

We had a nice stay at Susana’s place!

The House is very nice, approx. 20min away from the beach. The Hosts (Susana and her husband) were VERY kind! They gave us many tips on excellent restaurants and places to visit in and around Pineda de Mar. The communication was really good since they replied very fast. The house was clean and spacious, the pool was very nice. We didn’t have access on the 6m terrace because of some issues with previous visitors, which was a bit of a shame. It would have been also nice if we have had some spicery (salt, pepper, oil). But all in all we had a nice week at the House in Pineda de Mar!

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus.Pineda de mar ist ein typisch spanischer Ort,indem man nicht das Gefühl hat, in einer Touristenhochburg zu sein.Die Nähe zu Barcelona ist wirklich unbestechlich,wir haben zwei Tagesausflüge dort hin unternommen.Auch Girona ist unbedingt einen Ausflug Wert.Der Strand in Pineda de mar mar ist schön,es ist allerdings darauf hinzuweisen,dass das Wasser nach wenigen Schritten tief wird-das muss man mit kleinen Kindern bedenken.Wir haben den hauseigenen Pool dafür umso intensiver genutzt.Die Vermieter des Hauses waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit,das möchten wir wirklich hervorheben!Insgesamt war es ein toller, abwechslungsreicher,entspannter Urlaub-definitiv empfehlenswert!

Great home and very nice host

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The baths very great and very clean. The pool and terrace were a great place to hang out, just like the table outside was great for eating outdoors. In the Kitchen there were enough plates, cutlery, pans and pots and everything else, the stove was good as well. The only downside to the house was, that the dishwasher wasn’t working very well, so we had to hand wash most things still. The communication with the host, Susana was very smooth and nice. She also provided us with practical information about Pineda de Mar. In general we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this home to big groups or families.

Amazing place and host

Susana was the best host possible, she helped with everything from transport to and from the airport to the best restaurant in town and places to go. We had a wonderful time and she even brought cava and cake to help celebrate my mum's 60th. We could not have had a better time or better place to stay. The location is great you are near enough to the beach but high enough up to enjoy a breeze. A fantastic time was had by all 11 of us

The area is an amazing place to stay. So relaxing and near everything. Walking distance To market , restaurant,beach train station to Barcelona etc ) . Close to Barcelona. I went there with 7 friends for my birthday and all of us loved it! The villa is spacious , super clean and very convenient . Susana and her husband were very helpful, responsive and Amazing!! I would 💯 recommend it for the group of people planning a holiday in Spain .

Fantastic family holiday

What a fantastic family holiday we had. Where to start, from the moment we arrived Susana and her husband and daughter were there With a friendly welcome, they gave us a tour around the villa and information about the surrounding area. I informed Susana that it was my moms 70th birthday when we arrived and she arranged a cake and candles for her and a few snacks and drinks which was very kind of her. As they left us to enjoy our holiday they told us if we had any issues just to get in touch with her. Our experience in the house was excellent, the cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Susana I can’t thank you enough for making our family holiday a very special time Love to you and your family Joanne xx

Hemos pasado unos días en esta casa muy buenos. Repetiremos, seguro. Casa muy límpia, muy buena ubicación y los dueños super atentos. Amazing property and incredible owners. House fully equiped and a great pool

Susana and Sergi property is so nice and completely the same you can see in the pictures and on the description. They are really kind and provide us tourist information about Barcelona and good restaurants in Pineda where taste typical Paella. They recomended the best beaches of the zone and some "chiringuits" to drink something on the same beach in the afternoons too. We really enjoy the pool and the confortable porch, specially the kids!!!. We could eat on the outsider table all the week because of the weather was warm. The beds are so confortable and all the house was really cleaned. Sure we will repeat on the future!! Thanks for everything!!

Amazing situation, house and owners.

We have enjoyed very much our time in Can Pinemar. The situation, the house and the owners have been perfect. Pineda de Mar is very close to the big Barcelona but is a quiet and relaxed village. Close to the beach and restaurants. The house is super cozy even ideal for families. Very clean all, super equipped rooms and very large and comfortable beds. We loved the Jacuzzi!. Susana and Sergio were amazing and available at all times to solve our doubts and proposing us great plans to do. They have provided Barcelona maps and tourist information of the area. Although we didn’t take a swim at the pool because of the weather, it is one of the best swimingpools we have ever seen in a house. Super cool and spectacular even at night. We’ll come back for sure!.
