My wife, my son and I had a wonderful stay at Jamie's downtown bugalow. The place was spotless and all of the appliances and really everything was brand new. The bungalow had a very good flow to it, my son had his own space while my wife and I took the main bedroom. We had a hugh parking soace where we parked both our motorcylce and mini van. We would definantly return on our next trip to Rapid City.

Exceeded Expectations!

From the moment we walked into the property, we were enchanted! This place was AMAZING in every way and we truly felt like we were "home". The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities is obvious immediately and we could not have asked for a better place for our Black Hills getaway. The communication with our host was top-notch -- and while we had no issues or need of assistance while there, we knew that if we had needed anything, they would have been right there. We can't wait to stay at this lovely property again and are already planning our return trip!

Great location

Great location, walking distance to downtown, and reasonable drives to all the attractions, ie. Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Spearfish, Deadwood, etc….the Bungalow is cozy. The kitchen is recently renovated and very functional.

What a great place

The cottage is immaculate and has everything one would need. It felt like being at home. The location is also great and we walked to dinner one night. The owners gave us lists of site and restaurants which we used. They also made sure we knew that anything we needed or help, they were available. It was GReAT.

Place is excellent. They have done a great job in modernizing. All things provided. Only issue was with location. Is in busy downtown. That was great for access to downtown but was a little louder with traffic noise. This was not a suprise as location was well defined. Overall great place

Rapid City Fun

Wonderful host and great place to stay for central location to see the great sites in SD. Our first visit to SD and Jami's VRBO made it fantastic. We love walking to downtown to have dinner, great little one-off restaurants. Fully recommend! Jeff and Karen from Denver

Great stay in Rapid City

Great property. Walking distance to all of downtown with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Will stay again on the next trip. Communication with the hosts was flawless and they responded to all messages within minutes.

Great spot near downtown Rapid

We were very satisfied with our stay here! The place is well put together and clean! The host provided us with several entertainment and food options nearby, most of them within less than a mile away. Nearby downtown Rapid City made everything very accessible. Great place!

Great house!

This is a very nice house close to grocery stores and downtown restaurants with private parking (off the street). There were many nice surprises, like shampoo, laundry detergent, spices, extra pillows. It was a perfect place to stay for our trips to Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands and Spearfish Canyon.

College drop off

Spent the weekend after dropping off kid for school. Rental was very clean and nicely updated. Had a minor issue with the shower curtain and the hosts took care of it within the hour. Look forward to another stay.

5 Star - Must Stay

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while on our vacation in Rapid City. Leading up to our stay all communication was given leaving no questions with a ton of recommendations of places to go, places to eat etc. When first entering for our stay, it was so welcoming and very clean! There was a calming music playing in the bedroom and diffuser on in the kitchen making it smell so good. This place has anything you would need from a couple days stay to couple months. Very cute patio to relax in as well. This is a must add to your list and is walking distance to downtown.

Our first impression of this property was Wow! Just like the pictures on line. It was clean and nicely furnished. It is located in an excellent location for restaurants services in Rapid City. All of my contacts with Jami (Hostess) were positive. The private patio is a positive attribute to relax in after a long day of site seeing. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jami.

The Village at St. Joseph offers five beautifully renovated homes perfect for families or groups of friends, giving guests the chance to stay close together while still enjoying private spaces. Next door to this bungalow is a three-bedroom home, and elsewhere on the property, there’s a two-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom apartment, and a studio apartment, along with two additional one-bedroom bungalows. Guests can gather in the outdoor commons area to take in the surroundings and make lasting memories.

Located downtown, the homes are within walking distance of favorite breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as popular hiking and biking spots like M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park—great for a quick workout. The location also offers easy access to Rapid City’s main intersections, I-90, and Mt. Rushmore.

You’ll often find me, Jami, around the homes, personally cleaning and adding special touches to make guests feel welcome. I also love working outdoors, spending time each year enhancing the landscaping to keep the property beautiful.
