This property was the perfect central location for all of the spots we visited - the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Deadwood and Hot Springs! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Shannon was a great host!

AC - portable unit in living room not notified until day of arrival. Should have been disclosed. Picture doesn’t show that unit there.Only 1 bedroom had window unit. Fan was furnished for other bedrooms. Didn’t help with 98 degree weather. Bathrooms didn’t have Body wash/ shampoo which are normally provided. Just wished we knew. Need some repairs - chair in kitchen needs to be reglued. Was afraid to use. Coffee pot not enough for 4 people. Door in bathroom didn’t stay open, Door in bedroom wouldn’t close.

Place not as advertised. All floors were uneven & in one spot in kitchen area, floor was buckling. Sun-filled is not an accurate description as there are dark floors, dark couches, some black cabinets in kitchen, others are white. Carpet in MBR was thin & pieced together. Hot water extremely hot upon immediately turning on, bath faucet very loose, killed 3 spiders. Place was not thoroughly cleaned . 2 hrs prior to arrival, was told we would have to maintain a separate ac unit located in living area. Bathroom missing finishes at bottle of wall & flooring. Wasn’t advertised would be upstairs neighbors. All furniture was old and “beaten” up. Neighborhood was less than desirable. We were given a discount when we complained.

Great place to land during our time in Rapid City.In-house laundry (detergent already present) and newer kitchen appliances (also with dishwasher detergent present).Mule deer seen just outside the door on several occasions!

Property is renovated, within walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but had nor issues during stay. Host was prompt on response to messages.

The communication was friendly, informative, and prompt. It was a charming place just blocks away from downtown fun. Would stay again.
