Excellent villa and pool quiet and peaceful plenty of space few initial maintenance issues that were responded to by the agent very quickly who were very helpful. The only issue although the distance to the beach and shop restaurants is small the gradient back was difficult for the very young ones.Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again.

Wonderful House

This house was lovely! We found it really comfortable and private. We loved walking down to the the village and beach - and easy driving to other great locations and activities. We fell in love with Menorca staying here and hope to come back one day! The host was wonderful to work with.

Fun times in Menorca

The property was pretty much exactly as expected. The description is accurate. Plenty of space for two large families. Walking distance (15mins with kids) to restaurants and Binibeca beach. Decent size pool (only downside here for us was that it wasn't clean on arrival, and took a few days to get sorted fully - but the response was good). Pay attention to the notes in the description re which rooms have air-con. Not all do, but they provide fans.

Das Haus war sehr schön und geräumig. Es liegt ruhig und doch kann man alles gut erreichen. Was etwas genervt hat war der Baum am Pool der seine abgestorbene Blüten im Pool und auf der Terasse bei Wind gleichmäßig verteilt hat. Sonst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub .

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und es war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Ansprechpartner hat reibungslos geklappt und es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Rundum gelungen!

Super Villa au calme à 10min des places

La maison est très bien équipée globalement. située au calme à quelques minutes en voiture de belles plages. Quelques éléments pourraient être améliorer pour que ce soit parfait : mettte un nouveau frigidaire dans la cuisine (l’actuel est très vieux) un grand grille pain, nous étions 12 ! C était long. Des grands plats de services toujours pour 12. Deux chambres en bas ne sont pas climatisées ce serait vraiment un plus de l’ajouter. L’agence qui gère le bien est très réactive quand il manque quelque chose.

Fantastischer Urlaub!

Die Finca hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr schön. Die Bilder haben ihr Wort gehalten. Menorca Select ist eine großartige Agentur die 24 Stunden für einen da ist. Wir waren mit 11 Personen da ( ein Kleinkind und 2 Teenager). Bei den Zimmern ist es nicht ganz wie in der Beschreibung. Das eine Zimmer oben ist nur durch das andere Zimmer erreichbar. In unserem Fall hat das aber super gepasst. Ein wenig schade ist nur, dass das Bad und die Toilette unten nicht renoviert ist, aber ansonsten im guten Zustand. Auf der Terrasse könnten die Barhocker fester geschraubt werden, asonsten ist die Terrasse ist großartig und läd zum chillen ein. Abends kann man wenn es nicht mehr so heißt ist schön spazieren gehen oder in den Ort runter, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants gibt. Der Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können diese Finca nur empfehlen und würden selber jederzeit wieder hinreisen!

Great villa in great location

The villa is great for a large family, although slightly strange layout of bedrooms which could be better explained in the listing. The outside space is clean and spacious with plenty of sun beds around a good sized clean pool. It is a 10 minute walk to Cala Torret and 15 minutes walk to Binibeca beach. Gorgeous white sand but gets crowded. Has nice beach bar. Restaurants in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell needed advanced booking. Almost impossible to get taxis in the village so if you want to travel around a car is a must. Only small gripes about the villa are that 2 of the downstairs bedrooms do not have air conditioning, although fans were provided, there is only one toilet on the downstairs floor for 3 bedrooms, the beach towels were fairly old, the toiletries promised on arrival did not exist, the sun beds could do with cushions as they’re pretty uncomfortable and the utensils in the kitchen could do with an upgrade - missing a few basics and no bbq utensils. Small niggles that could easily be put right. Would definitely come here again.

Estancia perfecta

Es una villa muy recomendable para grupos de muchas personas. Nosotros hemos estado 12 adultos más un niño y hemos estado muy agusto y muy comodos. Es muy bonita, amplia, tienen todos los utensilios de cocina, microondas, lavavajillas,horno,lavadora,secadora, dos neveras, toallas para ducha, gel de baño, champú, loción corporal...la piscina estaba muy bien con su zona de sofás y mesa en la terraza al igual que la barbacoa y la mesa de ping pong. La casa estaba muy limpia y Carla que era nuestra key holder estuvo muy atenta en todo momento y si nos hacía falta algo solo había que decírselo. Para nosotros fué todo perfecto y está villa es muy recomendable. Además la zona en la que está la casa es muy tranquila, se puede descansar muy bien, sin ruidos y la playa más cercana está a menos de 5 minutos en coche. Es una villa totalmente recomendable y más siendo en Menorca que es un paraíso. Esperamos poder volver algún verano más si somos tantos amigos para viajar o sino miraremos alguna villa algo más pequeña que sea de Menorca select ya que ha sido todo perfecto.

Overall, exactly what we were expecting . Spacious luxury accommodation.

Pros: beautifully appointed villa, quiet location, large enough pool for children. Walking distance to beach and seafront restaurants. Great pool area with ample furniture. Good value for money. Cons: small kitchen, one bedroom no air conditioning, mosquitoes (autumn)!

Large extended family group holiday.

Spent a lovely week her with a large group of extended family. This Villa is large modern and well maintained, with very well kept with pool area and gardens. Agency staff we helpful and available on the few times we needed them. We at maximum occupancy with 15 of us, 8 adults, 6 kids and a baby. It did feel that at max occupancy some of the facilities were a bit stretched, eg just short on dining space, and bathrooms, and the kitchens a bit small, however it didn’t spoil our fabulous holiday. A Pleasant 15 minute walk to a lovely beach, couple of family friendly restaurants supermarket and bakery, perfect location. Overall I recommend this lovely villa and suggest for 12 people would be perfect.

Lovely villa - quiet area, ideal for family groups

We were a family group of 12 and had a lovely week in this villa. It's very comfortable, is only 10 minutes walk to the sea, shops and restaurants of Cal Torret. The garden isn't that large, but very well maintained and there's also a table tennis table (although the bats left a lot to be desired!). It's in a quiet residential area and we walked a few times along a track to a tower on the hill (it's a mountain bike trail) - where you got lovely views. The only downsides were the small kitchen, the lack of air con in 2 of the bedrooms and also the fact that there's only one bathroom on the ground floor (although there are 2 toilets and the possibility of an outdoor shower, which we did use!). Despite these, I would recommend this villa.

Family holiday

It was further from the beach than expected, and it was to far to walk into Bini Becca, it was nearer to Cala Torret, which wasnt explained. The beds were all very uncomfortable, but that was the only thing that let the property down.

Family trip

We booked this villa even though it didn't have any reviews. It was large enough for our family of 6 adults and 5 children, private pool and walking distance to the beach and town. On arrival the villa was easy to access, the house was clean, the layout was perfect for our family and the pool was a good size, even if it was a little cold. Thr following morning a representative came to the villa to pick up the paperwork left and sort any issues, main one being very limited hot water, however this was due to lack of sun heating up the tank, however we only had two people shower before it went cold! The location was great, about 7 minute walk to the local town with a small beach, little local shop, bakery and dinne restaurants. There is also a land train which takes you into either Punta Prima or Binibeca. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds reasonable. Seemed too hard on inspection but all except main bedroom were comfortable. Needs a topper on there. Everything worked more or less. 2 saucepans didn’t work on cooker. Pacemaker wearers can’t go near cooker. Pool just big enough for seven people but would be small for fourteen. Cleaners were very brief mid stay which was annoying. Nice area. Nice plants. Table tennis equipment rubbish. Maintenance arrived same day but didn’t fix issue (broken toilet seat and bidet). However Redorka seemed very efficient. Beware the rat in the garden! I would return here.

Lovely villa, great location

We had a great holiday in Bini Xoroi. We were 6 adults and 5 children aged from 2 to 11 years. The villa is in a quiet spot, comfortably furnished inside and out, with efficient and quiet AC units. It has plenty of outside space and a lovely pool that was kept very clean. The location suited us very well. We had a car but you really can walk to a sandy beach (very good for small children) and to several places to eat, and to a small super market. There is also kayaking, snorkeling off rocks, and a nice water park nearby for the older kids. The main draw back of the villa is a small kitchen. It has everything you need but only 2 people can work in there at a time - which may not be such a bad thing! You should know that 2 of the bedrooms do not have air-con, and one of the fans was too noisy. The little room attached to the master bedroom was fine for two children The triple bedroom downstairs is OK for children but it has very little wardrobe space and you have to walk through it (or go outside) to get to the second fridge. Also be aware that the shallow end of the pool is quite deep - our 5 year old could not stand there. We have stayed in a lot of villas over the years and this was one of our favourites although I wouldn't recommend it for more that 12 people. The management company, Redorka, were charming and helpful throughout our stay.

I usually avoid booking properties with no reviews but gave this one a shot as it looked gorgeous in the pictures. And instantly regretted it. When we arrived at Bini Xoroi (very hard to find it as the front door is not on the road stated in the address), we were greeted by the staff who were cleaning up after the previous guests. First impressions: the kitchen smelled of raw eggs, and the house seemed weirdly laid out. The real disappointments: - Dishwasher didnt work for 3 days and was not repaired - Music system did not work - There is only one bathroom c shower on the ground floor for 8 beds (3 bedrooms)! The bathroom's shower was broken (though got repaired next day) and the bathroom had NO ventilation. - The double bedroom and triple bedroom on the ground floor had no air conditioning!! In 30deg heat and in a stated luxury property this was a big discomfort for us. The living room was spacious and had one AC in the far end which in no way could cool the entire room let alone rest of the ground floor. - Our children slept in the triple room on the ground floor and were attacked by mosquitoes all night When we requested Redorka (housekeeping managers) to supply us with repellants, we were told they didnt have that provided by Menorca Select (booking agent) so they couldnt....and so it went on.. - Now comes the beds. Believe it, they have camp beds in all rooms. Not a single room had proper beds. All weak bouncy beds that managed to look so elegant in the photographs. - Not a single beach accessory. Mats, picnic stuff, beach umbrellas, cool box etc are standard for villas where guests stay a week so obviously could do with some beach essentials for a big family. Positives: - Clean pool, though much smaller than how it appears in pictures. Def not a right size for a villa that caters to 12-14 people. - The upper floor was in direct contrast to the ground floor. Both rooms air-conditioned, ensuite and the main bedroom was luxurious (but with camp beds again). Wifi spotty but no complaints there. - Near Binibeca beach, which we all loved. Though the house itself has zero views. Overall, given the high price we paid, I would say this is a standard pool villa, with substandard housekeeping services (outdoor areas were dirty, the outside shower was filthy!) with limited services and should only be a last resort if you are not getting anything at that price for your travel dates. Lovely but.......

Overall it's a beautiful villa and the finish is expensive. Importantly for us the aircon worked perfectly, pool was lovely, beds very comfortable, furniture well appointed but ..... the kitchen was a huge disappointment, the hob didn't work, the freezer seal broke on the 2nd day, although there was a 2nd fridge/freezer in the utility room. It meant walking through someone's bedroom everytime we needed to get ice etc. We had to purchase the basics like salt and pepper - for the amount we were paying for the week, surely this would be part of the kitchen necessities ? The fans provided for the two rooms without aircon were noisy and ineffectual. What a shame that the penny pinching marred what could have been a five star villa. The support staff were lovely and very helpful on the arrival day.

Stunning property, hotel chic with fantastic service in stunning Menorca

Everything was perfect with this trip. I booked for 14 of us - 8 adults (including grandparents & 3 offspring with their wives) plus 6 kids ranging from 18 months - 8 years. So we had lots of questions and all were answered promptly and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble - not that we really had any. One kettle flat didn’t boil and they replaced instantly. We stayed mostly around the villa, which was stunning and very clean upon arrival. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Plenty of wardrobe space (so you can pack as much as you’re prepared to carry!) We had one of the first floor rooms because we had our 8 year old daughter with us, who slept in the attached room with one of her cousins. The en-suite was gorgeous and added bonus of a lovely peaceful veranda, which connects to the other upstairs bedroom and en suite bathroom. Plenty of garden furniture. Air con, which we didn’t need as we stayed in June and it was lovely by day, ok in the evening without aircon. Hubby and his brothers enjoyed the table tennis outside and the bbq area was perfect for al fresco cooking. Lovely furniture inside and out. The luxury of a hotel with the peace and tranquility of a private villa. CBeebies for the kids after a day of swimming and playing in the sun. Kitchen isn’t huge, but has everything we could possibly need, plus a fully equipped laundry room with pushchairs, travels cost etc, all in great condition. We went to the local very beautiful beach and hired a car to drive to the nearest big supermarkets, as we ate at the villa mostly. Favourite restaurant was Sa Cava - a short walk away, where the staff were also amazing and the food (and local gin and lemonade slushy!) went down a treat. Enjoy the steak. All the staff were so friendly. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Couldn’t have been better. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
