Asheville Visit

The house is just as advertised-plenty of room for 4 adults and all our belongings. At most, it took us 10-12 minutes to drive to everything we wanted to see. The house is on a quiet, private road - perfect for ending busy days of sightseeing.

Great house for groups!

We had a group in town for a local sports tournament. This house had space for all of us and was well stocked and super comfortable. We would happily stay again!

Asheville Tennis Weekend

Several guys from our USTA tennis team stayed in the house for the state championships tournament, and the house worked out great. Convenient to Asheville Racquet Club Downtown and Asheville Racquet Club South, and also close to downtown and very good restaurants. This is our second time staying in the house, and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was a short drive to Biltmore, the arboretum and downtown so the location was perfect. The home was incredibly well stocked. I would recommend this home.

Great house and location

Would totally recommend this rental. Centrally located to everything. The back yard was amazing! Fenced all the way around our dogs were so happy to be able to run around securely just like being at home. The host had the house fully stocked with everything and anything you would need. Great stay and would stay again if I’m area!

Quick Sept-Oct Visit

Unexpected visit needing to bring our small dog with us. Super convenient for a family of six and the family dog with the fenced in yard. Excellent location.

Great

This was our first experience in a VRBO home and it was a great experience. Our host, Allison, answered all our silly questions and couldn't have been nicer! The house was clean and comfortable. It was user friendly as far as appliances. A nice deck that we enjoyed and a huge backyard. We found the house very warm and relaxing. If we had one concern, and it was minor, it was we could have used more hand towels. We were a little confused as there were condiments left in the refrigerator and freezer but other than that it was top rated!!!

Family Reunion: north meets south in the middle

This was the perfect home to meet up with family from north and south. We each had the same distance to travel to meet in the middle between NY, PA, FL, MS. The open living area kept us connected, no matter what we were doing: cooking, playing games, watching family movies. The fenced in yard allowed our pups to have a wonderful vacation, too. The home was beautiful and very clean.

Asheville Tennis Weekend

Several guys from our USTA tennis team rented the house for a weekend tennis tournament in Asheville, and it worked out great! Owners were good to work with, and the house was convenient to downtown restaurants and the tennis courts. Would definitely rent again- highly recommended!

Pretty. Spacious. Quiet.

This was perfect for our family get together. The house was pretty, spacious, and spotless. It was on a very quiet street. We enjoyed the fenced in yard where we were able to run around with our 3 year old granddaughter. We loved it! And loved the passing deer in the mornings beyond the fence. A great choice.

Spacious Asheville retreat!

Perfect scores on cleanliness, location, and communication with the host! We were thrilled with the lovely Christmas tree as an added touch for the holidays! Plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Very short drive to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Loved that it was dog friendly with huge fenced in backyard. Very quiet neighborhood, backs up to wooded area where we saw some deer! Highly recommend!

A great family place

Perfect house for a family stay. There were five of us and we all had room to spread out. Christmas tree in December was a beautiful festive touch. Very clean and comfortable.

Dog sanctuary and for people too

Home was as pictured and described. Dogs welcomed. Large well maintained fenced yard . Easy access to Asheville downtown, Biltmore, stores, outlets, dining, airport and hiking. Took owners suggestions on their favorite hikes from home binder and enjoyed them both. We made thanksgiving dinner for 8. Home could use a couple more baking pans but otherwise decently stocked. Even a surprise espresso/ cappuccino maker. Ingles supermarket was well stocked and had everything you need. All the amenities of home. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when coming to area. Thank you For letting us stay in your home it was perfect.

Great Family Friendly Home in Asheville

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Mountain Moments Retreat. The house was large enough for three generations and an old dog to be comfortable :) The owner was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean and well equipped. The fenced yard was a huge plus!! Thanks for a great time.

Lovely property!

We had a short family reunion with my husbands’s siblings. The layout was great and we especially enjoyed the fenced in yard for our two small dogs. Allison quickly responded to my questions both before and during our stay.

Large, roomy house

House was in spotless condition, well-appointed with the usual household furniture, washer-dryer, large living and dining rooms. The master bedroom was off the living room with it's own bath, two bedrooms shared a bath on the main floor opposite the master, and a fourth bedroom upstairs had it's own bathroom. House shows signs of recent remodelling. We were a three-generation family group who also brought two dogs. The back yard was fenced and included a large deck outside the kitchen. House is located in a residential, hilly neighborhood, 13 minutes by car from downtown. All-in-all, we couldn't have picked a better place.
