Love Splash, just not this room!
I was extremely disappointed in not having the twin pullout couch!! There was an outside metal chair in the place where the couch was supposedto been. Without this couch I had no choice but to share the bed with my daughter and grandson. It was such an uncomfortable sleepless situation. Management attempted to correct it with a measly 4 inch thick air mattress. Grandson won't sleep alone, my daughter is pregnant and I'm too old old to be that low to the floor. I feel like I should get a practical refund!! It wasnt listed as stated. The outside chairs are cheap and crappy. The room looked more like an hospital room due to all the white (even the bedding all white) with very little decorations. I didn't bother complaining to the management, not likw they could fix these type of major issues, that seem more like the owners issues.
