Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Splash and an incredible view of the gulf. The host, Allen was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. He made the check-in process seamless. His condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation. We will definitely be back and book with Allen again!

Excellent Play to Stay

This property was great for the family. The location was great and loved staying at Splash Resort. The condo was great. There were tons of pros to staying here. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish the master room had curtains because the light from hallway shinned right in on the bed. We just hung a beach towel up to help with it.

The condo and owner were great. The resort not so much. I have been to almost every resort in PCB, and I have never seen the beach chairs rolled up by 230, and the pools werent even enjoyable for the kids. I guess if it was 100 out they would have been great, but way to cold for the little ones. Nice place, but so many better resorts out there.

Great family vacation!

This was the best location for small kiddos! My daughter loved the kids water park and lazy river. The host was amazing with allowing early check in and communication! The unit was clean and ready to use!

Loved our stay! This condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a week at the beach! Beach chairs were great and parking was easy. The smoke detector needed a new battery while we were there and Alan responded to my text right away and had it taken care of immediately. He was so wonderful to work with.

Great for families with kids

We had a great time(cold weather excluded). Alan was a great host, very informative compared to a friend of mines experience with a different site. The room was cute, clean, and felt spacious because of the layout. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen which was important to us.

Great Beach Trip for Family with Kids!

Overall an amazing place to stay. The room was great, clean and didn't have a musty smell like other places in the facility. The floors were really clean and the host was good at commuting and solving any issues we had. (He got the drain fix in the shower to help the water go down, within 24 hours of our request) My kids loved the bunk bed, and ladder was sturdier than the last place we stayed at. Wish there was some basic condiments available in the apartment but that was our fault to assume. The whole building was a little run down, and bathroom downstairs could have been cleaner and well stock but thats not on the host. The kids loved the lazy river, the splash pad and the beach. Reserve your beach chair early cause the first row gets filled fast. (They open at 830 but the line starts at around 8 AM!) Overall, great time for the kids, which you know are the bosses.

Best vacation ever

After reading a lot of reviews we decided to go with Splash a week before labour day weekend to avoid major traffic and beach rush - the condo was neat and clean - kitchen was fully stocked - Plenty of towels There a few reviews where people are complaining about the hand bands for splash. I honestly felt it was the best thing and protected my kid from strangers using the kids pool and have a personal security the whole time. One of the best vacation ever and will definitely be coming back soon.

Great Place

The location was perfect. The view from the condo was awesome! Loved the amenities!! Especially the onsite grill/bar, heated pools, hot tub, and splash zone. Was nice that the unit included beach chairs and umbrella! The owner was very responsive when the A/C wasn’t up to par. He quickly had a repair person to the unit and had it fixed. Only 4 stars on cleanliness due to patio table being dirty- he quickly provided contact information for the cleaning crew! Will be staying here again!

Would stay again....

I was skeptical about VRBO but Alan made this an easy process. He is great to work with. Condo spacious and has everything you need while on vacation. Location is awesome. I would stay again my only suggestion would be around the cleaning crew. The condo was not clean when we arrived, which was around 8pm. I actually had to clean the bathroom. Like I said would stay again and rent with Alan...

Beach view

Beach view and easy walk to beach. Enjoyed our view from 9th floor. Unit could use updating. Loved the beach view from the balcony but someone in another unit smoked on their balcony quite often, so I did not enjoying sitting on the balcony as often as I normally would. Thank you for the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that was included with our stay!

It was nice for the price.

Owner was great to work with. Replied quickly to questions. Think the condo could have used a few more basic necessities. For example; salt and pepper, liquid dish soap and more dish towels. Was disappointed that we did not get a beach chair rental with our booking this time because they don't open till March plus the tiki bar was not open till March as well. Our daughter loved the kiddie splash areas and pools. I do think the resort needs cleaning and maintenance on the outside areas. Overall, worth the visit.

Great Choice for the Whole Family

We stayed a week with ages 10, 28, 32, 53 and 55. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean and stocked with amenities. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. There were double red flags part of our stay so it was wonderful to have the splash pad, swimming pools and lazy river. We could've stayed here and never left Splash. The onsite ice cream/donut/pizza/coffee shop was so convenient. Plus the pool has a full bar and grill. The elevator wait times were not an issue. Parking was so easy and convenient. I will definitely stay here again. I also liked that there were free beach toys in a box at the end of the boardwalk that other vacationers had left behind for other children to enjoy. You should bring your own beach towels and also dish soap as none was provided (there are 2 dishwasher pods). The check in and check out was so easy. I have no complaints about this unit whatsoever. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return.

Family Vacation

The start of our trip was rocky, since we got there (2 hours after check in) and the place had not yet been cleaned. Alan promptly responded and had a cleaner there within 20 minutes; which was great! She unfortunately did a quick and only superficial spot clean; I'm unsure if it would have been a more thorough clean had it been done earlier in the day. That being said, none of that was the fault of the host. The set-up of the rental was great and family-friendly, but would also be perfect for a couple. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking (we brought our own tupperware). Loved having a washer/dryer - it allowed us to pack lighter! Kids loved the splash pad and multiple pool options. Having the beach service included with reserved chairs was great! We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to others!

My family loves the beach and Panama City Beach is our favorite! We come down here from Georgia at least twice a year to enjoy the Sun, the beach and the pools. This is our second home and we love it!

Splash resort offers just everything we need for our beach vacation. It is great for family with young kids, just like us. It is right on the beach, very convenient . You can easily hop from the beach to the pools. Adults could also enjoy the on-site Rip-Tide bar, hot tub, and even exercising in the ocean view exercise room! This location is on the west side of Panama City Beach, away from the crowd, so it is quieter but still offer easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants and shops (e.g. Pier Park).

We love the tropical style decoration of our condo, bringing us a cool feeling in a hot summer. The all-tile flooring is great and very easy to clean. The view from our 9th floor balcony is awesome and the height is just right!
