We understand your suggestion for updating the unit, and we are constantly working to improve our accommodations to meet the needs and preferences of our valued guests. Your comment will be taken into serious consideration as we plan for future updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the smoking on a neighboring balcony. While we enforce a strict no-smoking policy in our unit, we unfortunately cannot control the actions of guests staying in adjacent units. However, Splash is a NO-SMOKING RESORT. According to Splash policy, smoking is prohibited in all common areas and on condo unit balconies. It would have been appreciated if this information had been provided to me earlier, as I could have collaborated with the HOA manager and building security to address the matter appropriately. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided during your stay.
