This was our 3rd stay and it was excellent again. Everything went smoothly - contact with the host, Loli (our contact) was very responsive and helpful, the apartment has everything we needed and it is so comfortable with a fabulous sun terrace with sunbeds and a table and chairs. We cant wait to return.

The apartment was perfect, came with everything you would need. All very modern and new with a lovely terrace overlooking one of the pools. A lovely secure complex in a great location.Would definitely recommend and we will return ourselves again.

So good we have booked for next year!

This is our second booking at this property and have booked again for next year. The apartment is excellent, the location is great with supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. The sunny patio is a lovely setting with views of the pool. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything we need. There are bikes available to use and the area has lots of cycle lanes to use safely. We are returning next December, its just a shame that its not available in the January as we would stay there for 2 months. and the area is

Great Location

We have just stayed here for 3 weeks.It had everything you could possibly need.Close to a lovely beach,Bars,Restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away.

Genoten van het prettige appartement en terras. Het onderhoud van het hele complex inclusief de 2 zwembaden is uitmuntend. De ligging is fijn met strand en restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Fabulous.

We stayed here for 4 weeks in December and it was fabulous. The communication with Julien and Lolli was good. The apartment itself is really beautiful, just like the photos. The decoration and furnishings were a very high quality and we had no problems with anything. The apartment is south facing so we had sun on the lovely patio every day. The location couldn't be better, there are a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk and 2 supermarkets nearby too. There are bikes in the apartment, which are in very good condition, we cycled out a few times up to Horadada and to the Mar Menor. We loved staying here and will certainly book to stay here again.

Nice apartment

We stayed end of November. Weather was great, Nice apartment with all day sun. Kitchen supplies are limited. One cooking pot didn't function on electric stove, only a big one left. That was the only point to improve, rest was perfect.

Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Mängeln

Für ältere Gäste nur außerhalb der Ferienzeit empfehlbar, weil Anlage sehr hellhörig ist und Eltern mit Kindern keine Rücksicht auf Ruhe nehmen. Zudem sind Herdtöpfe nicht Induktion geeignet (sie wölben sich bei Hitze) und Filter der Dunstabzugshaube nie gereinigt werden (bei den Kochvorgängen läuft/tropft Fett heraus): Alles klebt!Kleinere Mängel werden sofort beseitigt.

Mooi en geriefelijk appartement.

Mooi en gerieflijk appartement, dicht bij het strand. Wanneer men vragen heeft worden deze onmiddellijk beantwoordt door de eigenaar. Goede communicatie.👍 Het is wel aangeraden een auto te huren wanneer men plaatsen wil bezoeken daar meeste voorzieningen toch iets verder weg liggen. Er zijn wel fietsen beschikbaar.

Clean, well equipped property

Good communication with the owner and easy check in and out process with Loli. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Spacious outdoor terrace with sun loungers,table and chairs, overlooking a good sized pool. Very quiet complex with only a handful of other guests. Great location 5 mins from the beach. Restaurants are a short flat walk away behind the beach or 10-15mins in the other direction are a couple of squares with plenty of choice. A choice of supermarkets within walking distance or 5 minute drive to a larger one. Overall a very good value place to stay in a lovely location.
