Experience downtown Knoxville vibes in the iconic White Lily building! Originally constructed in 1885 as a thriving flour mill, it was redeveloped into trendy downtown residences in 2015. With original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls preserving the history, White lily Flats is a charming place.

Located in the heart of the Old City, this unit is within walking distance to Downtown Knoxville and the charming Old North Knoxville neighborhood, renowned for its craft breweries and diverse dining options.

Old City Hideaway is a newly remodeled and listed property. New flooring and decorations make it a perfect spot for your stay. The full kitchen and high ceilings add to its unique appeal. This newly listed and furnished 1st floor studio condo is the perfect location from which to explore Knoxville's vibrant Old City, Gay St district, and all of downtown Knoxville..Enjoy our extra large, 65" QLED Smart TV which can be rotated for viewing from the couch/seating area or from the comfortable king bed. You will also have use of our in condo washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

Our guest will be sent all info and codes for self check in. No need to wait or meet anyone to get settled in. You will be sent the codes for the free parking lot located across the street, to the secure building lobby, and to the studio condo entrance.

Old City Hideaway is located walking distance, within minutes of Knoxville's Old City. In addition, it is a reasonable walking distance to our Gay St area. Also, the ever popular venue, Mill and Mine,host to concerts, weddings, and all type events is literally minutes away..

Great location in Old City…15 min walk to Market Square. Reserved parking very convenient. Host communication was excellent. Kitchen and laundry amenities enhanced our stay. Highly recommend especially if you’re planning to stay in the downtown area!

We really enjoyed the property. Great location. Very well stocked. Clean and pretty. The free parking next to the property was a huge. Great restaurants, coffee shops, Gay St and Market Square within walking distance.

** Very clean, bright, accomodations & bed was comfortable.Photos provided are clear and accurate.**Great location- 1-3 min walk to coffee, gelato, resturants, bars and bands. 10 min walk to market square.**Hosts were prompt with communications and eager to assist. While lily flats

The property was amazing. It more than fit our needs. We had a slight mishap with checking in but that was my fault. I had never used Vrbo before and did not realize the owners were communicating through the app. I was looking at the emails they had sent but missed the messages from Vrbo. The condo is in a great location in Old Knoxville looks if neat shops and eating near by

Fun time in Knoxville

Nice location to all things we wanted to do. We were here for a wedding but got to enjoy Rhinestone Fest and Tennessee’s run for the college World Series too. Train noises at night did wake us up but we were able to fall back asleep on the comfy bed. Owners have everything you need to cook and feel at home.

Easy check in. Very clean and as pictured on VRBO. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Coffee shop 1 min walk from apartment and restaurants nearby. Walked to event at the colliseum daily-easy 15 min walk with rolling hill. Hope to be back again
