Mid Mod,Great Location, Heart of downtown Knoxville

Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Great stay

Very nice place to stay. Clean and close to downtown. Check in process was very easy and host was very accommodating making sure everything meet expectations. Would very highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely. Attention to detail, and a large comfortable space. Everything was spotless. Close and walkable to everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Communication with the host was effortless.

Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of space for my husband and me. Comfortable bed. Although I was sent details of the check-in process, I was a little confused about the fob/door code but it all worked out. Very convenient to walk around the corner to several restaurants, etc. at the Market Square. Recommend!

Everything about this apartment is the best… from the location to the comfortable bed. The perfect size apartment with everything you could possibly want. This is one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Very convenient to all the restaurants and sights. Easy check in and check out. So cute inside and the sheets and blankets smell great! All the amenities that you need for a longer stay. Great views and very sunny and happy vibe. (Go Wildcats). :)
