This is our 5th year and it has been amazing from check-in to departure!!! All kitchen essentials are available; pots, pans, toaster, blender, microwave, along with an outdoor grill!!! The beautiful private dock is also fabulous!!! Can't wait until next year!!!

Second time staying here and great as always. Perfect location. Very private and our own dock. Had friends visit and plenty of space. Close to everything like grocery store and restaurants. Very quiet. Deck was enclosed so dog could hang outside with us. Loved it and will return. Owner was great and fixed an issue immediately.

Great week on the lake

We loved being right on the water, were able to rent a pontoon boat for a couple days and dock it easily, Also rented kayaks and paddleboard - lovely spot! Loved it being dog friendly.

Great little spot..views incredible!

Only complaint would be living room furniture is dated so and is somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise extremely clean..beds were fine..great rental experience!

Ultimate relaxation

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, had the most amazing stay at this cabin. Each day began with an incredible sunrise, right out the bedroom window, followed by coffee on the deck and a swim off the dock. Being able to have our boat just steps out the door was a dream. The cabin was clean and well equipped. All of the furniture, including the beds were very comfortable. This is something we have struggled finding in other rentals. Central air conditioning, which we only needed in the evening to sleep, was a huge bonus. Matt, the property owner, was wonderful. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy all the property had to offer. He was on site and always available but also gave us privacy. If you are looking for a place to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee look no further. We look forward to returning next summer. The Reid’s

Fantastic and beautiful place

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s right on the water with just a few stairs to the private dock. Deep enough to dive off but also has a ladder to get into the water off the dock. We spent a lot of time floating in our own little piece of the lake! We rented a boat at lakesiderentals.com and highly recommend them as well. It was only ½ mile down the road. Cabin has a huge deck and the owner was in the cabin next door and absolutely wonderful. Always bringing us more wood for the fires and extra chairs when he saw we had folks visiting. Brought my dog treats (my dog actually tried to go to his door every time we walked him!) and even helped secure our kayaks when he saw us struggling! We had an issue with the shower and he got it fixed right away and even stayed at the cabin with the plumber so we didn’t need to hang around! We were greeted with a basket of all the makings for s’mores and some homemade jam and waters! We literally walked onto the deck area and were just taken aback by the beautiful view we had from the deck. Loved drinking my coffee in the morning and having a cocktail during the day just enjoying the view! The bay is fantastic for tubing and boating as it’s much less crowded than the rest of the lake but almost its own little lake within the big lake! Place comes with everything you need to grill/cook. The grill is very large and there was a big bag of charcoal waiting. Never rented before and were super happy. Will go again!!

Making Memories

Accomodations are absolutely perfect for our needs and the view is breathtaking! The private deck is fabulous and the property owners are wonderful! We've rented 3-years in a row now and will be booking our 4th stay as soon as available! So many amazing memories have been made over the last several years that I wouldn't trade for anything! Love Alton Bay and the Banker family!

Another Amazing Vacation

This is our second time staying in Banker's Bay and it was another AMAZING vacation! So many wonderful memories! Love ❤ the area! The cabin we stayed in was spacious with a fabulous closed in deck and we Love the dock and the lake access, especially for our boat! We'll absolutely come back time and time again! It's unfortunate for us that it's already booked up for next summer!

This was our second stay. We’ll be back!

The Banker’s are great hosts! The cottage is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is great outdoor deck apace with a fire pit and plenty of seating, directly over the lake. Beautiful spot, wonderful hosts! We will be back next year!

Magical Lake Trip

We had a wonderful time at the Banker's cottage. The view was spectacular. Lucky and Matt were super accommodating and wonderful to rent from. Our children will have magical memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you again! We will be back!

Even Better than Advertised!

We had an amazing week in Cabin 3. The Banker’s are honestly the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. We were welcomed with a gift basket, which included treats for the dog. The property was fully appointed and immaculate. We had an issue with hot water (which could not have been predicted) on our second day, Matt was there to fix it within the hour. We’ll be back! Thanks Banker Family!

Awesome cottage to spend a week on Lake Winnipesuakee!

Weekend Wedding Getaway!

We rented all three cottages for my wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend this August. The houses were cute, clean cottages right on the water and down the street from Alton Bay! Lucky and Matt were awesome to communicate with and took care of anything we needed while we were there. Everyone is asking when we are going back, so safe to say we hope to be back!
