The unit is stylishly decorated in the colors of the sun and surf. The wonderfully located 2nd floor corner unit in Gulf Place has a beautiful ocean view and will make your next escape to 30A one you'll always remember. This unit is uniquely suited to families who want to explore Santa Rosa Beach, and close surroundings of Blue Mountain Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We have Beach chairs available for your use. You can prepare a simple breakfast in the open kitchen each morning, walk your cup of coffee outside to the private balcony, and enjoy delightful on-site amenities that include a seasonally heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, and a hot tub all close to the beach. Also, on-site, are restaurants, coffee shops and shopping!

The check-in process was very easy and when I had a question it was super easy to get it n touch. The location can’t be beat! Everything was clean and the kitchen was nicely setup. I would definitely stay again.

Property was beautiful and was just steps away from private beach access. The condo was just as described and was is amazing condition and everything that we needed and more. Greg was in communication with us leading up to our stay and during. The area was very walkable and less crowed then some of the other breaches. Was just a quick drive to Sea Side and Destin to get that more tourist environment.

The property was just as described. The walk to the beach is short and manageable. The condo is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is one broken beach chair but the others seem to work fine. Overall great location with lots of restaurants and shops on site or nearby.

Great place for 2-4 people close to a GORGEOUS beach. Absolutely stunning clear blue water and super soft sand. Great area with lots in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Convenient location. Cute & comfortable condo for a small family or a couple. Very nicely stocked with extras. Pool wasn't overly crowded and the beach was just across the road and the Gulf was gorgeous. Very nice vacation choice for my husband, son & I during our 4 day, 3 night trip.

Everything was awesome, you can’t see the beach well from the place , yet it’s a hop skip and jump away, and well worth it as the white sand and the ocean is majestic ! The place was just right for our stay with most all our needs were walkable. Extra thank you for the boogie boards and chairs !

we suggest stained towels should not be reused.. but overall we enjoyed the place especially the beach!!!

We love this area. You are minutes from some of the best dinning 30A has to offer. It's a 5 min walk to restaurants like Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Sunrise Ice Cream and Coffee, Shelby’s, Papa Surf Burger ( Jason Aldeans Place) Pizza by the Sea , and then only a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach Water Color , Paradiso, Stinky's Fish Camp, The Vue, Bud and Alley's, Old Florida Fish House, Cafe Thirty-A, George's, just to name a few. It also has great shopping and bike rentals nearby. Santa Rosa Beach is one of the prettiest beaches on 30A with it's crystal blue water and white sandy beach coastline. Come stay with us and I think you will fall in love with it just like we did!!!

One of the things we love about Gulf Place is it has 3 beach access points which makes it more exclusive and much less crowded! Gulf Place also has 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated hot tubs as well, and two are located very close to our unit. There is a pool view and partial ocean view from the unit. Also, the area on 30A is fabulous for restaurants, water activities and shopping. Destin and Panama City Beach are only a short drive away!
