The beach was a short and easy walk. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to walk to coffee shops and other places with no worries.

Property was clean. Had most of what we needed. Providing one sponge and no dish rags not good. No hot pads for cooking and when asked for some manager said they would bring. Never got any so not impressed with that. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Have had better experiences at other VRBO properties.

Grayton Beach Vacation

Rental house is exactly as listed, very close to a public beach access and 10 minutes from Grayton Beach State Park. Perfect beach, family oriented, not crowded! Blue Mountain neighborhood was lovely and was a perfect location! House was very clean and communication was good!

October Beach Trip

We had a great time! Everything was perfect! We were within walking distance to the beach and several nearby restaurants and the condo was very clean and well maintained, The weather was perfect as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Great value

This was a great little house for a quick getaway for my husband and I. My one critique is that there were no mirros other than the one above the bathroom sink! Meaning no place to put makeup on or do hair.of check outfit other than the bathroom! This is a.must change item!

Great experience!

The property was exactly as expected! Perfect distance from beach as it was only a 3 min walk & close to a few local restaurants! Red fish taco was great & had live music! The beds were so comfortable! Perfect amount of amenities provided! We have a great time! Thanks for the experience LIV vacations!

Great girls weekend!

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls trip. Short walk to the beach and super convenient to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This was the last family get together before grandkids go back to school. Property was immaculate, beds are so comfortable, and the beach is gorgeous. Location is great although I would have liked to see a bit of ocean given the condo is so close to the gulf. Wifi is weak so remote work is not possible.

Great location!

My family stayed here for our summer vacation. We really enjoyed the location including the proximity to the beach and Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery. This was our second trip to 30A and our first to Blue Mountain. We really enjoyed Blue Mountain and will definitely return. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Can’t wait to return again!

Pleasant 30A getaway

We have been to the 30A area before but have never visited this property before, which we enjoyed a lot. Everything was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and it was great having such large separate beds for our kids. The close proximity to the beach was great, and Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery were both very close and walkable also. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone looking at the area, and would definitely stay there again.

Great except it rain every day! Been coming to this area for vacation week for years but this is the first time it rained so much.. Hope it doesn't happen next year.

Cozy space in beautiful Blue Mountain

We have visited 30A for many years but this was our first time staying in Blue Mtn. The beach is beautiful and the space is a great location to the beach and to many restaurants. The walk to the beach was short but the beach access is a very busy one. Luckily, there was a shower to rinse off with at the condo so we didn’t have to stand in line at the access. The beds were very comfortable and our daughters had plenty of space to share the other bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with anything we might need. I especially loved the water on the fridge door for easy access! The only negative we experienced was the internet. The service was weak the entire stay and stopped completely working on Thursday afternoon and was still out when we left on Saturday morning. I texted the 24-hour help line and didn’t receive a response. I know it wasn’t an outage in the area because one TV is connected to another Wi-Fi and it worked fine. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit this area again in the future!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, 3 min walk to public beach access with restrooms and shower for sandy feet. 5 min walk to ice cream, bakery, small organic food market, and live music every night! Plenty to do if you don’t want to get on a bike or in a car. The beds were AMAZING, slept like a baby every night. Plenty of room for our family of 4. There was a great pub nearby with great pizza- when it rained we stayed in, ate pizza and played games- made great memories on this trip. Already booked for next year!

Lovely stay in Blue Mountain

We (older couple) really enjoyed our stay at this property in Blue Mountain Beach. It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more, fast WiFi, two different decks which even had peek a boo views of the Gulf, and great location near everything yet not right on busy 30A. Management was very responsive and clear with instructions about check in and one minor issue, we hope to return!

Great location and well appointed!

Wonderful place to stay! The unit had just been updated. This is our 3rd year visiting the Blue Mountain Beach area for spring break with our family and friends, this by far is the best location that we have stayed. We had friends staying below us and we all enjoyed the lower deck with cover.

Great Winter Getaway

Excellent location for access to the beach and local restaurants. The condo was comfortably appointed. There are four units in this building, and you would never have known there were any other occupants. It was extremely quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Lovely Blue Mountain

A beautiful condo in a great location by the beach. Very well equipped. In their listing they should say what type of coffeemaker. It’s a dual drip/pod machine but all I could see in the picture was a carafe so we brought grounds rather than pods. Also know that if you’re there during football season the only tv with regular channels is in the master bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the outside decks watching the sea fog roll in. We look forward to coming back and seeing more of the area.
