Cute Affordable Pet-friendly Gulf Front Condo

Come relax in this one bedroom condo on the world's most beautiful beaches. Sit on the Gulf front balcony and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beautiful white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the tenth floor you will be able to see for miles. Enjoy watching para sailors, boaters and wave runners from the comfortable chairs on the balcony.

This clean, large condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size Murphy bed and two full baths. The unit has two televisions, a wall mounted flat screen in the bedroom, and a flat screen in the living room, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Check in after 12pm, check out 1000. Wi-fi in this unit.

This is a pet friendly condo so don't worry about leaving anyone behind! Bring your whole family. Relax, kick back, and get ready to enjoy plenty of sunshine, miles of white sandy beaches, and beautiful sunsets.

There is now a 20lb weight limit for pets. The association is now charging $150/dog/stay payable to the main office. Your pet will be issued a leash cover to show that he is registered.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The owner worked with us to accommodate our schedule, the condo was super clean and updated, had beautiful views and beach access. We absolutely loved the balcony. We spent so much time out there with our puppy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!!!

I loved this condo! Marcy was great with her communication and made check in super easy. She has such cute beach decor throughout the unit (the pictures don’t do it justice) and the location is in my favorite part of PCB. It’s conveniently located to everything. Marcy went the extra mile by leaving a sweet welcome message and had the unit already stocked with plenty of nice towels and wash clothes and the view was spectacular from the balcony, where she has had extra beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. I will definitely be looking to come back to this unit. Thank you Marcy for making everything so welcoming and easy!

Condo was absolutely adorable. Online pics did not do it justice. It was updated and very cutely decorated. The owner was very informative and made everything super easy. Will definitely book again!

This is our favorite place to stay in PCB. This is our second time staying at Marcys place. We love the location, the view, the condo itself, and ease of getting around the area. Mostly though-Marcy is the reason to return. She is a super host with great communication everytime we come down.

The VIEW!!

Let me start with the view….although you didn’t get the sunset side…the unobstructed view of the beach was fantastic. Marcy was pleasant and easy to work with. Very on point with her information and communication was wonderful. The unit was comfortable with almost anything you could need for your stay. It was myself, husband with 2 teen boys and 2 little fur children and we had plenty of room without feeling crowded. I would like to add the bed was very comfortable. The facility is on the quieter, less busy end of PCB which was perfect for us. We do plan to stay again if available when we vacation next.

PCB beach trip

Fabulous condo- clean and perfect for a wonderful vacation! Pet friendly was a plus for our best buddy “Charlie”. Staff at complex were super cordial and helpful with everything. Complex was well kept and we enjoyed seeing all the families and kids having a great time at the pools. Perfect location too! We enjoyed being back on Thomas Drive and will continue to book this condo! All the best eating places close by too! Recommend highly! 😊

5 Stars for Pelican Walk

We loved it. The Decour was bright, colorful happy and beachy exactly what we wanted coming from living in the mountains. The whole condo seen color coordinated and she had put a lot of thought it seem into her choices. We loved it all. Everything there seemed top-of-the-line. Linens were all clean and they were many extras. She had thought of things you wouldn’t even know you need until you need them. And extras like a set of binoculars and scissors and tape, movies, playing cards, hairdryer in each bathroom, curling iron, books, games for all ages, full kitchen with lots of fun, colorful plates, bowls, every utensil you could imagine. And if you’re lucky you might get to meet sweet Ms Marcy herself, she is a jewel. I could have talked with her for hours but she is a very woman. And extremely easy to get ahold of, she really caters to her tenants! Super host with a super comfortable condo.

Awesome place to stay!

This is a beautiful property to stay at. Everything you need is close by without all the heavy traffic. This condo has all the amenities you need plus some. I cannot say enough about how great this place was, we felt at home for the entire stay. Marcy was so helpful and such a great person to work with, she went above and beyond for us. We will stay here from now on!!!!

Love the location and this area of the beach.

This location is what we loved most about this condo. The condo was nicely updated and had all the things we needed. Bathrooms are a bit small but served their purpose. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Fell in love with the Emerald Coast.

Marcy was the BEST host you could ask for. Her condo is beautiful and has everything you need. She was kind enough to text us on day of arrival and let us know we could get in earlier. She has thought of everything you would need. Beach chairs, plenty of towels, every kitchen necessity and lots of books, movies, puzzles etc. Our family fell in love with the condo and the beach area. We were SO happy to have been able to meet Marcy on our way out on last day. She is a wonderful host and you will NOT regret renting her condo. The area is perfect for families. You have the beach to yourself. There are great places to visit locally. Capt Andersons is not to be missed. We also recommend doing the Dolphin Seafari boat trip. You travel out on a boat and are able to swim in the middle of the Gulf with dolphins. It’s an incredible experience. Don’t forget to check out Pier Park area for shopping and pier access. There’s also a dog beach located there where your pooch can swim and roam free! Overall, we can’t say enough about this condo and the area. We will definitely be back.

I started coming to Panama City as a little girl since my aunt and uncle had a beach house here. I have loved the beach forever! I graduated from nursing school, and remember the day exactly that I decided to move down here from Wisconsin.........after shoveling snow to get my car out of a drift, and after my car just barely warmed up when I drove up to the hospital......I said, I'm moving to florida and this was 3 months exactly after I graduated from nursing school.....so I want to retire in this condo one day..so please come on down and help me pay for it......please!!!

I've lived in Panama City for about 20 years. I have always LOVED the Thomas Drive area....it's close to everything, but yet off the beaten track. I had looked at almost every condo on the beach before I came to Pelican Walk. From the minute I walked into the unit, I KNEW that this was the condo I wanted. I like the floor plan, I like the fact that the condo only has 10 floors so you rarely have to wait long for an elevator, and I love the fact that our property manager Tommy does just a wonderful job keeping everything looking new.....and, also, the greenery around the condo and the waterfall is simply gorgeous! It may be an older building, but you wouldn't know it and the smaller size of the building and the friendly people, usually add to making your stay feel very much like home.....I hope you try us out!
