Marcy never disappoints. Her condo's are always clean with everything you need to enjoy yourself. The condo was modern with great appliances. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you need from morning coffee to fixing a wholesome dinner. If there is a problem (which I never had), Marcy is just a phone call away.

Unit is very nice and exceptionally well appointed. Marcy (the owner) is a doll, super nice to deal with! This building is on St. Thomas drive which gets you away from the hub-bub that happens in the evenings on Front Beach Drive, less noise and less traffic on St. Thomas end. For us, this is a huge plus. The property charges (not the owner) 150 per pet which I thought was excessive considering the pet park was so far away from the main building and not fenced to let your puppy run around a bit but don't let that deter from staying here. Everything else makes up for it! :-) This is an overall exceptional place to stay in PCB!

I started coming to Panama City as a little girl since my aunt and uncle had a beach house here. I have loved the beach forever! I graduated from nursing school, and remember the day exactly that I decided to move down here from Wisconsin.........after shoveling snow to get my car out of a drift, and after my car just barely warmed up when I drove up to the hospital......I said, I'm moving to florida and this was 3 months exactly after I graduated from nursing school.....so I want to retire in this condo one day..so please come on down and help me pay for it......please!!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I've lived in Panama City for about 20 years. I have always LOVED the Thomas Drive area....it's close to everything, but yet off the beaten track. I had looked at almost every condo on the beach before I came to Pelican Walk. From the minute I walked into the unit, I KNEW that this was the condo I wanted. I like the floor plan, I like the fact that the condo only has 10 floors so you rarely have to wait long for an elevator, and I love the fact that our property manager Tommy does just a wonderful job keeping everything looking new.....and, also, the greenery around the condo and the waterfall is simply gorgeous! It may be an older building, but you wouldn't know it and the smaller size of the building and the friendly people, usually add to making your stay feel very much like home.....I hope you try us out!
