The Space:

This colorful, beach-inspired one-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home sleeps six and boasts a wonderful beachfront balcony perfect for enjoying the unbelievable views and the unforgettable Gulf sunsets. This designer vacation getaway includes a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with marvelous granite countertops and all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve home-cooked meals. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area and start planning your next adventures as you enjoy a deliciously fresh beverage. If you book this dream beach retreat, you'll be granted access to the resort's shared amenities that include marvelous and large swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a convenient hot tub that is perfect for relaxation, a well-equipped BBQ area with charcoal grills, an incredible fitness center in case you'd like to stay in shape during your vacation, a basketball court, a sauna, and even a steam room!



If cooking isn't your forte, all you have to do is step outside your beach abode and you'll find plenty of dining options nearby and along Front Beach Road. Dine with the locals at The Craft Bar, Coconuts Restaurant, or Mike's Cafe & Oyster Bar, all one and a half miles from your condo. Pier Park is 0.8 miles from the resort and offers shopping and plenty of family-friendly entertainment such as Dave & Buster's, Grand IMAX Theater, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Perfect for a family of 5

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids - 8, 9 & 11). The condo has everything you may need to make meals and have a great family vacay. The access to the beach and the community was great. The elevators were not a problem for us, we just took the stairs during check-ins/outs. We will use this condo for our next trip to Panama City.

Perfect Floor

This unit is on the 5th floor which ended up being perfect because the view of the ocean was perfect but we could still use the stairs due to the long wait times for elevators. Nice big living room and open kitchen, perfect for family hangout.

Mini vacation

Tidewater is our favorite condo in Panama City Beach, fl. This unit was nice and the only problems found were the ice overflowed to the bottom of the freezer, the water dispenser on the refrigerator door was nasty(black), and the return for the central heat and air unit was dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed the unit overall and would rent it again. Thank-you

Nice Condo

Everything with the condo was great, the only issue was the resort itself. Elevators sometimes took 20 minutes to land on your floor. I spent a lot of time walking up and down stairs. 2 of the 3 pools were closed our entire trip. I just wish this condo was located in a different resort! The room was clean, stocked and had great views of the ocean!

Nice location and convenient

The property was outdated and dirty. Woman’s bra on refrigerator and saw a few bugs. The showers weren’t very clean either. The elevator situation was ridiculous but I guess I can understand that bc of the amount of rooms. The location was convenient to a lot of things and beach access was nice. Plenty of amenities available to not have to leave condo often. Overall it was a good stay but for the money, I wish it would have been cleaner.

Quick New Year's Trip

The place has a beautiful location but was lacking in everything else. First of all, the staff called and asked what time we'd like to check in. I told her that we were already in the city, so as soon as possible would be nice. She said ok, but then the room still was not ready until 4pm. This is fine, as that's what the listing said. However, when we finally got to check in after 4, there wasn't even staff left at the desk to give us parking passes and wristbands. Then, the room was not clean at all, so I'm not sure what they were doing until 4. The sheets on the pull out couch bed had clearly not been cleaned and were still balled up from the previous guest. The kitchen smelled like old food. The remote control was even covered in something sticky that I had to remove with a Clorox wipe. On top of that, a piece of flooring was missing in the bedroom, and the front door would barely close. It looked like someone had recently damaged the door frame. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It would be unacceptable anytime, but especially during a global pandemic.
