Great condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa 802. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable! We enjoyed being close to the beach and having the pool and hot tub right there as well!

Beautiful

This condo is very beautiful and perfection located. The furnishings were different than pictured but were enough for our group of 5. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and just as shown on the website. The only problem was I think they forgot to mop the second bedroom and bathroom floor. When I finish putting away all of my clothes, my feet were black with dirt. I reached out to the owner. He said they would take care of it and send a cleaning person over the next day. The balcony was absolutely incredible with amazing views. The kitchen utensils had more than enough for 4 to 6people.Other than the bedroom floors, the condo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again..

Great Condo!

Stayed here the last week in March and it was perfectly located for our family of four. I was worried about spring breakers and the potential for a rowdy crowd but it is far enough away that you can find peace and quiet yet close enough to join in any fun if you want to. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were also super comfortable! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be planning a trip back soon.

We've stayed in this building many times over the last few years, 802 is by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed in! Super clean, very comfortable. Real Joy’s communication and customer service were awesome. We’ll be back!

Great vacation!!

We had a great time! The property exactly as described and we had no issues. A note to future renters though, bring or plan to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom and one kitchen trash bag was provided.

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping only provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. It was a great experience. It was very clean and nice. Condo looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I can think of is there wasn’t start up supplies such as paper towels or toilet paper or hand soap.

Ocean Villa condo #802 was perfect! Beautiful beach decor, extremely clean, well maintained & stocked! Wonderful location! Walk to Pineapple Willy’s for a delicious frozen libation! Please don’t miss breakfast & dessert at Sunrise (just across the street from Ocean Villa); sunset views & blackened grouper at Schooners Restaurant; Vintage & gift shopping at Turtle Girls & Pieces of the Beach! Great location and amenities

Could not have asked for a better location! Was pleased with the condo - it was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The patio was enormous with lots of seating. We liked the fact there was a washer dryer in the unit. There were two pools, one was consistently cold the other was a great temperature. There was also a hot tub outdoors. Easy private access to the beach and covered parking was available. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. No complaints!
