Fourth of July Week

The Condo was great! It looked just like the pictures and was really nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and the space was very comfy. The resort was also nice. The only downside was how crowded it was (understandable with the week that we went). It was overwhelming and it didn't help the elevator situation. Overall it was a good vacation!

Wonderful place to stay!

Clean and in good condition. Air conditioning worked great. Furniture was comfortable. Pans need to be replaced. Elevators were horribly slow and hot but we would definitely stay here again. Would recommend it to everyone!!

I was a HUGE fan of this condo! It was a great location for our group and all the furniture and appliances were awesome! It is very close to Walmart as well as walking distance to many attractions! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and nothing short of amazing! I would definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to stay here again in the future!

Clean & Cozy

We absolutely loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated in a beachy theme. The master bedroom was very cozy and the kitchen had everything we could need for making a few meals there at the condo. We took our year and a half old daughter, so we spent a lot longer in the condo than most people do on vacation, and I’m glad we chose such a beautiful place to do so in! Everything was perfectly clean when we got there to check in.

Condo was great. Clean and good AC. Only complaint is the elevators at the property. Very slow, hot and not near enough for the size of the property. You could easily wait 5-6 minutes for one. Loved the condo and pool!!

Great location,beautiful view

We had an amazing stay at this property.Very clean and decorated well.Very beautiful view of the beach and resort from the balcony.The kids loved the pool ,there is a place for little ones at the pool .I love how easily accessible to the beach.I was dreading the elevator wait from what i have been reading on the reviews but we never had to wait that long during our seven days vacation considering it is a busy season.Booked from vacation life properties and they have been really great.Did'nt have to check in/out at the front lobby which makes it less stressful for us.It is a pet friendly condo so our dog was able to come with us.

“Click Bait”

This place has so much potential. Unfortunately it does not live up to the description and the pictures. It definitely does not live up to the positive reviews. Of course, the owners and property manager will blame our experience on the construction that is taking place, but the fact is the construction was barely noticeable let alone an issue. The issue is nobody stands behind their values any more and nobody has enough decency to just plainly say “we failed to meet the standard” any more. Which, is what you will get at this property and with this unit: sub standard all the way around - dirty, non functioning, bare minimum. Stay somewhere else.

Great Place Holidays are hectic

The place was nice. The view is the absolute best. Check in process was easy streamlined. The only problems that we had were not pertaining to the condo itself. The elevator layout is dreadful when the building is nearing capacity and that made it difficult to travel in and out of the building. We also had very small issues with some cleaning, but it was quickly rectified and that worked for us. They were very receptive to our suggestions and would stay here again.

Pretty good

The unit was pretty clean - baseboards dirty, small roaches in kitchen. Appliances were nice - refrigerator only had 2 shelves in door ?? No pot holders or kitchen rags. More personal stuff around than usual.

Condo door code was changed when we made our last trip to the car at 9:20 (check out Time was 10:00) and after waiting almost 45 min for an elevator to tell the front desk, decided to leave hoping we got all belongings. Other than that great condo, view and amenities. Terrible elevators and parking deck!

The view

The view and location was spot on! Elevators on the 19th floor was the biggest issue. Wait time was upwards of 10-15min at times. Cleanliness could have been better with un made bunks, silverware thrown in drawer and excess sand on floor. Master ceiling fan is unbalanced when the a/c kicks on making a annoying sound. Guest bath sink is cracked, but didn’t use. The staff was great and view was great. Unit was furnished and decorated nicely.

Elevator was an issue

The condo itself was very nice. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We were on the 19th floor and the elevators were the biggest issue we had. They were either broke down due to overcrowding or we had to wait forever. The whole complex was very big and there were a lot of people in the pool and on the beach. It felt more like a place to go for young people. We booked last minute and were thankful to find a place on the beach. The room was nice, but the whole complex was just too big and crowded for my taste.

general overview

Anticipated a bit cleaner and more updated room based on photos. Location was great, but you already know the parking and elevators are a disaster. The response by property manager was great! had a few issues as we arrived, including a freezer that was left open andn therefore was so crystalized that we couldn't use for ice all week, hope they got that fixed. additionally, irritating that a picture fell off the wall previously, apparently, it was thrown behind the dresser, which pulled plugs out of the wall so I had to move the dresser to get reinstalled and then i moved the picture to a less vulnerable spot. We liked the area, but can't say we would come back to this exact spot.

Exciting Retreat

This property was exactly as listed. We always had a parking space in the garage (yellow line). The garage floors have entrances to the elevators too. Staying on the 19th floor was exciting and the elevator rides were always a blast. We stayed during a peak time 3/24-3/29. Crowds were minimal before 9 AM. We brought beach chairs and set them out on the beach by 10 AM and were fine. No alcoholic beverages welcome on the beach only in the month of March. LOL The staff was so friendly and offered ideas. The condo was such a nice getaway, great kitchen, great accommodations and bedding. This is our first vacation as a family. We have always stayed at our parent's place in Cape Coral, so having a stocked kitchen with tools kitchen was a huge plus! I wanted to buy a tong for the kitchen but ran out of time. I would suggest adding oven mitts as there is an oven. I loved that they had salt and pepper shakers. My boys made use of the fitness facility (ages 16 and 23). We walked to Walmart for groceries and a called in prescription. They have everything you need for the sun and sand too. Beach chairs and umbrellas to rent are $45 for two. Pool chairs are free and first come. The two littles (16 and 17) walked around at nighttime to McDonald's and other places. It was a very busy and hopping area and I felt safe enough to let them go on their own. We may try a low key place next time, but I would definitely go back to this property. Well Done!

Property is the Carnival Cruise Line of Condo Complexes

The pool is great. The check in was great. The room was ok. The 2BR could best be described as a 1 br with a second BR that was the laundry room and bathroom with 2 bunk beds tossed in. The reserved spaces that we were supposed to have were taken by someone else and security wouldn’t do anything. When we were there, 5 of the 6 elevators were not working. If you need internet because you may need to get work done or answer emails, then forget about it. Their response was to try connecting to someone else’s Wi-Fi. The pool was top notch. However bring your own booze. The pool bar was expensive and watered their drinks down. They even charged $4 for two cups of ice water. The pool restaurant was good, but they were out of most things. For the size of the property, the beach front was limited. Want to get chair and umbrella for a 5 day stay? You have to get line each morning to get one. Want a front row setup so you can watch your kids? No problem but you’ll have a few hundred umbrellas and tents in front of you. The beach is also the beach front for the other large property across the street. So expect to be crowded. The property didn’t enforce any kind of capacity for rooms. People would get a 2br and have 18 of their friends staying in there
which caused the elevators to be overloaded and the parking deck to be full with auxiliary parking about 2 miles away (no exaggeration). So if you want a crowded beach experience with a property staff that doesn’t care much about any issues, then this is the place to be.

Good stay but could have been better

Overall we had a pretty good time. We were here for my daughter’s 5th birthday and I was hoping to make it a more positive experience. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Most of the furniture was dusty, my kids’ feet were black from the floor, the appliances had visible rusting, and you can tell the furniture has been well used. A little bit of detailed cleaning and some touch ups of baseboards, washed curtains, etc. would go a long way. We also had an issue with getting the living room tv to work. When we called the company, the lady said she didn’t know how to help us and would send someone out, but no one ever came. We ended up just using the tv in the bedroom. The internet was also very spotty. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. It is an open walkway to get to the front door on the 19th floor, so if you are afraid of heights, you might want to know that before hand. We had a little more issues with the Shores of Panama property. The parking garage is pretty much a nightmare to get in and out of. Everyone we met complained about the elevators and most of the time it was an awful long wait. The pool and beach are crowded (seats at the pool are saved all day with towels even though you are asked not to). And the yelling and music playing from several balconies all night is pretty annoying when you just want to relax, listen to the waves, and enjoy the view. Thank goodness the sliding glass door is very sound proof! The location is excellent though. If you have high expectations on cleanliness, are looking for a family friendly and quieter vacation experience, you may want to look elsewhere.

Horrible reception by SECURITY PERSONNEL!

Upon arrival, the property was impressive, and we were looking to check-in with a car completely full of gear and bikes for the Ironman Triathlon Race. We showed Security our paperwork for the rental, but we didn't have a parking pass or security wristbands. And we were not suppose to park there. How do we check-in and get these items??? It was 4:05pm and the lady who gives out passes has gone home. Question? You can't check-in until 4pm, and the check-in personnel goes home at 4pm??? After this confusion, Security finally issued us temporary passes, and instructed us to come back tomorrow morning and get the regular pass. Why not just charge us the $50 resort fee on the bill and give the necessary passes when we arrive, along with a unloading spot and cart to get items to our room? Next we were told our parking spot was between the 5th and 6th floors. Unfortunately, the spaces are more randomly assigned then sequential, so you have to each and every space on both floors to find your spot. A simple map of the garage with the space marked would have been a great assist. The unit was well decorated with a great view and patio, but a lot of things didn't work right. Hair dryers didn't work, coffee pot wouldn't fill your cup and was clogged. Had to go online and research how to clean filters on a Keurig. Kitchen sink water nozzle was broke and wouldn't retract. And, people on the elevators were complaining about lights being burnt out and broken items in the units. One lady commented to me "As much as we are paying for these rentals, you would think the maintenance would be better!" Who maintains the units?? Maybe the units could be checked better before rental. This property would be Top Notch if it was managed better...

Nice Condo

The condo itself was perfectly described and very clean. But I would not stay there again due to the poorly engineered parking deck. It is chaos trying to get in and out, cant pass others, parking spots are entirely too small. Now for the worst part, the elevators. This property only has 6 elevators and you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes to be able to get on one. A real nightmare when you are trying to go somewhere. Also, the elevators are not air conditioned and are extremely hot. The ambulance was called to one person for over-heating while on elevator. So, if you can handle the elevators and parking deck, this is a beautilful place to stay and a very cozy condo. PS: the unit could use some new pots and pans.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
