We loved the view of the beach and the pool. It was decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family of 4. My only complaint was not having a .pantry for our food. We loved the resort and all the amenities. Great place!

Beautiful condo with Gorgeous Ocean View

The condo is beautifully decorated with tile floors, a king bed and stone countertops. All of this on a complete resort with multiple pools and easy access to the white sandy beach. This resort has everything for a fun family adventure.

Great location!

The condo was just as advertised and the Anthony was a wonderful host. I contacted him a couple days before our trip to see if it was possible to check in early if we arrived in town early since we were driving in from Texas and he contacted us the moment the condo was ready 3 hours early. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was nice. They need more than lamp in the bedroom. The bathroom needs needs to be updated. The bathtub is hard to get into, due too the tub step in is too tall.

Everything you need in one spot!

The check in process was super simple and easy, condo was so cute and clean. My 6 year old loves the pools and hot tubs! Location is perfectly centered to most places we went. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return in the future. Overall 5 stars for us!

Very Relaxing

Place was cozy and relaxing. Nice to have a variety of places to enjoy the sun and water. Convenient to have a resturant there on the property, too. Not sure what the wrist bands were for having no explanation, and the main poolside lounge chairs were $60 rental.

Great host

The bathroom floor had pubic hairs on it when arrived and kitchen had very basic stock but the host was amazing and all other parts of the location was good. Every morning trash pick up was loud before 8am waking you up, and could smell the weed at the pool deck. The place is nicely decorated. Lots of food options, and salty dog pontoons is highly recommended. Easy to get to two different Walmarts and nice beach.

The best part is the view!

The view was breathtaking even when it wasn’t sunny. We saw dolphin, seagulls, and pelican. The restaurant on the property was good. There were a lot of teenagers that were not supervised.

Problems with TV. But was fixed right away. Only other complaint we would have is that there was no safety bar in the bath tub/ shower. Only other complaint was floor cold could not go barefoot had to wear shoes. But of course the weather was cold

Enjoyed the stay at complex.

Our unit was changed to a alternate unit with same layout as we were told but the unit was very out dated. If I knew ahead of time the condition of the replacement unit, I would have considered different plans. It was clean but just out dated. We reserved a room with a queen bed and got bedroom with a queen or maybe even a full. Recliner in the room was old and had cracks in leather. Bathroom was really rough looking but hear again it was clean.

Perfect unit on a very well furnished, cleaned and maintained fully featured resort. property. The unit has comfortable large high chairs on the balcony which is brilliant because you don't have the railing at eye level and being on the first floor above one of the pools you can feel right on the beach or pool at the balcony. If you don't want to wait when elevators are slow, it's and easy walk up and close to the unit's entrance. We especially liked and used the large beach canopy and 2 of the 4 chairs provided in the unit to make our own beach break and not have to pay for rented equipment. Workers were always busy cleaning and maintaining the grounds and pools. On site pizza, restaurant, and store. Several pools and a cute kids splash park. Great locations, somewhat center of the strip for easy access both directions for off resort shopping, bars and restaurants. Always fast excellent communication and responses from the owners and all the info you need seemed provided before arriving. Definitely recommended.

Relaxing Panama City Beach break

If you're looking for a comfortable stay & great location this place is for you. Everything is a stated in the description. The condo is great for a couples vacay. Your view from the balcony is breathtaking & serene. You're directly above one of several pools on the property but that wasn't a problem. With all of the good things that I will point out about this unit there were only three things that were concerns. 1) After day #3 I noticed a few tiny roaches in the kitchen (which freaked me out but I just used the spray that was provided & kept a watchful eye out going forward. 2) This unit faces the Gulf an only has one window as a natural source of light. The bedroom window is off the entry corridor and not accessible. 3) Lastly, the washer/dryer in the unit is set-up for a toddler & a giant. Let me explain, while it's updated it's a full size washer & dryer stacked not apartment size which made you have to really bend down to load the washer and to dry you need a ladder to be able to see the operating instructions (we had to get creative & figured it out). All that said & with the exception to these issues we had a great time. The resort was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping & entertainment. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns. Overall good stay!!
