The property was very nice and having the beach chairs included was wonderful! Bill made the check-in process very easy and he even checked on us a few times. You will need to provide your own beach towels so make sure to bring those along. The parking garage was very easy to get in and out of and the Starbucks and gift shop were excellent! I would recommend this property.

Clean, great view from the balcony. We saw a few dolphins. Loved the beach chair rental. Great host and great communication. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Easy access to elevators but not noisy.

Great vacation space

The condo has the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. It was clean, great views, and the included beach chairs were a plus! Bill was a wonderful host and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Really nice condo with great host

Owner made it super easy and provide great communication. Unit was very clean abs had all you need to make the stay comfortable. Definitely staying here again!

Phenomenal property in a great spot!

Mr. Bill is absolutely wonderful! The property is gorgeous and on a GREAT location. Walkable distance to great food and incredibly clean. Mr. Bill is incredibly responsive to text and super helpful!! The price is unbeatable!We will be staying here again!

If you're trying to decide between 2 or 3 different properties, rent this condo. Seriously. We had a great stay and the condo is fabulous.Sits right on the sand. The view is fantastic. One of the things that stood out was the decoration & functionality of the condo and the general upkeep of the building.The condo is really well decorated. Some beach condos were furnished once 30 years ago and never touched again. And it shows. I don't care bc I just want A/C and a place to sleep. But this condo is very tastefully, nicely decorated. It's obvious the owners care and took time to make it nice. There is an actual color pallete and design theme. Leather couches. Lots of pots, pans, cooking utensils.Twelve elevators in 3 stacks for 25 floors. It's not speedy, but you're also not waiting more than 2-3 min for an elevator. The general upkeep of the grounds, building, common areas is excellent.

Great stay.

Communication with owner was great and condo had a great view. Also, there's a seafood market across the street called "the local steamer" and they'll cook it and you just pick it up and head across the street and enjoy great seafood right on the beach.

Emerald Beach

We had an awesome few days with an amazing balcony view overlooking the ocean. The condo is very convenient to some great restaurants which are within walking distance. The owner was great to work with and checked on us during our visit.

Beautiful condo and a great location! It was an amazing trip! He even recommended a place to eat within walking distance and it ended up being our favorite meal of the whole trip! Great time!
