Condo as described and in a great location. The condo is spacious overall as well as the bedrooms. Very clean and offers a near, downtown Nashville expected where you are very close to Broadway, but at the same time far enough away as to not hear the noise. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect rental. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location, just a short walk to Broadway & Printer’s Alley. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciated the extra amenities like Keurig with coffee and supplies provided.

Perfect home for our family of 10. Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the Ryman and downtown. Xenos property management was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again (if we were not in process of buying a home in the area)!

Nashville Weekend Getaway!

This is an absolute gem when visiting Nashville. First off, the location is spectacular. We had so many cool places to go under 5 minutes from the front door. Broadway is a short walk away and found parking and navigating to other parts of the city to be incredibly easy. Check in and check out were as painless as I have ever had. Everything was cleaning and easy to use inside the home. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The residence was quiet, clean, and located within walking distance of our planned destinations. It was a beautiful, safe, and secure location for our family get together. We look forward to staying on the property again in the future!

Great spot for a group

Not the cheapest option in the area, but for a big group that wants to hang out in the same shared space while still having their own bedroom to retreat to, it can't be be beat. One of the few true 5/6 bedroom units around. And the location is 10/10! Plenty of kcups for a 4 day stay was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out with xenos is about as smooth as it gets and the staff is responsive to texts and emails

Amazing Place!

It is in a perfect location—a 5-minute walk to Broadway. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. It was perfect for large groups, and we would stay here again!

The Honky Tonk

This place was great to stay in. My parents who are 70 wasn’t sure about staying in a VRBO, but they were very surprised about how good it was. This place met our needs and was perfect for our group. Would stay there again!!

Annual Trip

My group have been coming to Nashville for approximately 15-20 yrs now and this is the first time at this property. I will have to say it's been the best one to accommodate our group! The property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond to any question we had.

Great Location

Great accommodations, plenty of space, the unit had everything we needed and everything worked well. We had 1 maintenance request and it was handled within hours. Very professional. Our group would gladly stay here again..

Great option for a big group!

Went with a group of 13 and this property was perfect! Every couple had their own bed and lots of bathrooms to accommodate everyone.The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere, so didn’t feel like we had to do everything as a group. The only uber we had to take was to and from the airport and even that was close. Highly recommend!
