Loved this property! It fit our group of 11 perfectly. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable and it is a perfect short walking distance to Broadway where all the action happens! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful property! So close to all the fun things Nashville has to offer. It was the perfect location for my mom's 60th birthday! Enjoyed everything on Broadway and it was the perfect walking distance to see the Foo Fighters concert at Nissan Stadium!

Most of the VRBO was very clean but the main area carpet either had pet hair/dust all over it. We felt the couch well used. Bunk room did not have towels, we shared from other rooms. I had to contact host a couple of times, they were very responsive. We loved the location, easy to walk to everything! Space was comfortable for 11 people. We would consider renting again.

Thanks for staying with us! We sincerely apologize about the living room carpet, we'll be sure to pay better attention to that. That couch definitely gets a lot of use! People love the Cloud couches from Restoration Hardware, they're super soft. And the towels were meant to be shared from other rooms, there just isn't anywhere in the bunk room to store towels. Sorry about that! But so glad you enjoyed your visit! We'd be happy to host you any time!

This property was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for our large group and bathrooms that were well stocked. Being able to walk to Broadway was the main reason we booked this property. The communication was top-notch; they replied to my text messages quickly.

Perfect rental. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location, just a short walk to Broadway & Printer’s Alley. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciated the extra amenities like Keurig with coffee and supplies provided.

Condo as described and in a great location. The condo is spacious overall as well as the bedrooms. Very clean and offers a near, downtown Nashville expected where you are very close to Broadway, but at the same time far enough away as to not hear the noise. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The space was perfect for our party of 10! The proximity to downtown, making everything walkable, was the real selling point. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and any questions I had were immediately answered. Would highly recommend!!
