What make us different from the other properties you've been comparing?
Hospitality and Comfort.

When you arrive, we make sure the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group. We leave out extra cleaning supplies/necessities so you don't have to buy them.

We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (no bunkbeds here!) You'll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.

You can expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And if you would like a cater (we can connect you with a caterer) you'll have lots of counter space.

If you are a medical professional, you'll be close to Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospital. If you're here for corporate travel, you can easily get to all of the office buildings downtown including the convention center. If you are here to visit your college student, you will be close to Belmont/Vanderbilt.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Communication with host was excellent, home was very clean and really well appointed-we appreciated the toiletries and kitchen staples. Great neighborhood, close to all of the action in Nashville. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Amazing stay in Nashville!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The house is just as it looks online - beautifully decorated and feels very inviting. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown or a short car ride away. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful time! The property managers were very good to work with!

You won’t be disappointed!

What a wonderful time we had staying at this home in Nashville! Plenty of room, comfy beds, good location, quiet neighborhood, a ping pong table on the screened in porch, games & snacks/drinks available when we arrived. Shawn was very helpful with recommendations prior to our stay & could be reached easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Home!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of nine women. It more than meeted our expectations and was well stocked and spacious. It was also a very easy walk to Broadway (1.2 miles) and many main attractions in Nashville. We hope to return next year!

Welcome 50!

We have been planning to celebrate 50 in Nashville for a few years now. When we finally got the final headcount for attendees it was time to look for a house. The pictures for this house were stunning, i was sure it wasn't going to be available for our dates. To my surprise it was and boy did we luck out. The pictures didn't do it justice (and they are nice pictures). The great room just off the kitchen was the best location in the house. We had friends that stayed in another house that would come over to this one just because it was so comfortable and inviting. We played games and ate and laughed and had multiple rooms to escape to. Whether it was on the roof to watch sunsets and take in the beautiful skyline or just sit out on the back lanai and enjoy the lovely weather and play some pingpong. There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor which were very lovely, i would just recommend that the guests you have stay up there, they don't have breathing issues, as it became a running joke when they would forget something important downstairs. Lovely home in a cute neighborhood, we look forward to staying here again.

Girls 50th Birthday Celebration!

I cannot say ENOUGH about this gorgeous house. It was PERFECT for our large group. The bedrooms were spacious, and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to be able to get ready each day! The host helped so much along the way, from answering questions to giving fabulous recommendations to make sure our Nashville experience was perfect! Thank you so much - we will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Beautifully Decorated

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This property was very close to Broadway and the Gulch area. We loved the amenities, and the beds were very comfortable! Great communication and excellent added touches to make this stay great.

Nashville Girls Weekend

The property was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Photos don’t do justice to this beautiful house. The location of the house is also perfect and close to Gulch and Honky Tonk. Shawn was very communicative and made every effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

What a gem...a diamond in a rhinestone world

The house was gorgeous and so much more than we expected! It was so clean and the decor was something out of a magazine. We had everything we needed, including a waffle maker that was delivered to the door. The communication and instructions were very clear; we had no issues accessing the house and the host was always just an email away of we needed anything. The area was safe and within walking distance to the cutest little farmers market that we visited several times. This stay we a great experience and we'd definitely hook again through this host❤️

Great House

This house is so cute & perfect. We went for a bachelorette party & had plenty of room for 10 of us. Although the neighborhood doesnt look great when you pull up, the neighbors are so friendly & nice! The security system at the house added a nice feature as well. Shawn was great at responding. We would def go back & stay here!

50th Birthday Trip

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and just beautiful. There is everything you need for a great time in Nashville here. We took Uber XL’s back and forth to downtown Nashville. The cost was around $12 to $13 per ride. It was only a few miles to downtown Nashville. The check in and out process was easy. We will definitely come back and recommend this property to our friends.

Clean and Cozie

The home was amazing! Clean and cozie! Previous reviews were right the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked. Nicely decorated and spacious for our group. It was nice to be able to walk to the farmers market in the morning for coffee/breakfast. Communication with the property manager was smooth — good and quick response time. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect multi-family house

We stayed with 3 other couples and our 2 1/2 year old son. There was plenty of space and privacy for all. The location was perfect for close access to the downtown area. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We had a small issue while there which she handled very professionally. Definitely would recommend this property to groups/families visiting Nashville.

Couples trip to Nashville

This property worked great for 4 couples to enjoy a visit to Nashville!! Each couple had their own room and full bathroom with plenary privacy. The main floor worked great for the group to hang out. This place was a short Uber ride away from everything we wanted to do. Our host, Shawn, was great!! Answered all my questions quickly and gave us some great recommendations on everything from things to do, places to eat and even a great concierge service that delivered groceries and drinks to our place so it was all ready for when we arrived. Shawn was excellent!!

Why you should stay here? It's owner managed and operated..which means I get to be hands on, check on the property frequently for repairs, update/replace items as needed, and I can be very responsive.   Oh and design..that's my favorite part..making sure you feel at home during your stay. It's important that you experience a top notch vacation rental experience and the home looks just as good in person as it does  and SUPER CLEAN too.
