We would stay here again. Just be sure to provide every vehicle’s information and names-not just the information of the person making the reservation. The people at check-in were not nice!

Top notch!

The home looks newly renovated including very nice furnishings and decorations. Everything is as pictured and described. The enclosed front porch is a great feature to this home! The ceiling fans on the porch made it comfortable even on the hottest days especially in the mornings and evenings. The craftsmanship of the front porch is top notch! I’ve been renting for a number of years in the village and this home is by far the best value and nicest home that I’ve experienced.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and the neighborhood never disappoints, always family friendly. The front porch addition is amazing, absolutely superb craftsmanship. Ms. Patricia was easy to contact and answered promptly to all questions. I would suggest investing in a golf cart. With the weekly rate being a bit high, spending additional money to rent a golf cart just wasn't feasible. I would also suggest a small, ductless mini split for the front bedroom, it gets hot, or a ceiling fan. Overall, 8/10. Would have been an easy 10/10 with golf cart included in price of rental.

Great getaway

This is our second time staying here, love the house and now the new edition they added. Comfortable beds and everything a family needs to enjoy a vacation. Only downfall is you need a golf cart. The ones they rent you can’t be taken on the road, so schedule a one to be delivered before you arrive from an outside source.

We had a absolutely amazing time here at this rental. The place was very clean, very well described and very well decorated. My family just loved the front porch area. Definitely going to be a repeat rental as communication with the owner was very professional and helpful.

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed the ease and convenience of the location. The house was a perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 13 and 12 year old). We loved the golf cart and being able to use that to get to the beach and to take drives around the Oceanside Village community. Would definitely stay here again.

Picture Perfect

Great stay with family and friends. We have stayed in OV for 20 + years and this rental was by far the best. Clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of extras not mentioned was a nice surprise in the storage. Would stay again if available. Thanks for letting us use your rental.

We found Paradise!

Our family had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and had a modern look and feel. The golf cart was very nice, and we enjoyed riding around listening to music in it. It is a very short walk to the pool from the house. We would highly recommended this place...and the kids already want to go back!!!

Well needed Vacation.

Nice house, great neighborhood, golf cart was nice to have back and forth to the beach. Pools and hot tube was nice. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

This place is renovated and so cute! Everything is available that you'd need. I stay at OSV every year and had no idea there were 3 pools. The pool is just down a little ways and much quieter than the main one. I only ran into 1 hiccup while there with the plumbing but the owner did her best to get someone out and since it was the last night, it wasn't a huge deal. I'd stay here again.

This is a wonderful house to stay in- super cute and clean. We had plenty of room for our family of five. Kids loved the golf cart. Home owner was very easy to contact. Can’t wait till next time.

It was great, the only thing I think that they should add is a full length mirror (especially for us ladies) and maybe a mattress topper to make the bed softer in master. Overall it was great!

South Carolina Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the beach very much. The house was just like it was in the pictures, beautiful and clean. Using the golf cart was very fun, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Everyone on the premises was super friendly, and Patricia is amazing. Can’t wait to go back !

The whole process did not seem very clear in the beginning.

The whole process was very unclear from the beginning. First I reserved the dates because they were available at the time and then I was told they were unavailable and then told they were available again but then we were unable to communicate through the VRBO page. I texted the owner that I was leaving a date early and asked her if there was anything that I needed to do before leaving and she never got back to me. When we arrived they forgot to turn the hot water on which was no big deal. Also the front slider locks off and on. The door is in need of repair. I had to Jerry rig it with a picture frame and a knife so that nobody could break in when I was sleeping. There was also no clearing instructions with access to the golf cart and that had to be communicated through a text as well. We were also responsible for cleaning off our deck and making our own beds. Which again is not a big deal.
