Nice stay for Thanksgiving

Stayed here while visiting our mother over the holidays. The house was nice and clean. Would have liked to have the bare necessities provided though like hand soap, dish soap and what not, but not a big deal. The house itself could use some updates/repairs, but I think that's the case for all houses in the neighborhood as there are remodel/repair projects going on at many locations.

Solid beach house.

Very convenient to beach access. A solid beach house with all the appliances, kitchen utensils, and room to move around that you need. Patio and porches are spacious. Very clean and some of the furniture is a little dated but it does not matter because it is a beach house. Enjoyed it being pet friendly and owner seemed very accommodating. Hopefully will try to stay there again. Stayed during Hurricane Debbie so we were house bound for 5 days and did not get on beach as much as we had planned but at least the last day was very nice. Only drawback I can think of is I wished they had a king size bed in the master bedroom.

Thank you so much for the review! A king bed is a great idea and will be shared with the owner. So glad this home accommodated in every other way, especially given your timing with T.S. Debbie. We look forward to seeing you ON the beach next time!

Nice location to beach and clean facilitates.

If you are looking for a location close to the beach that is dog friendly you have just found it. The location is an easy walk to the beach and the 3-bedrooms were of nice space for three couples or family. Nice covered back deck. The outdoor grills were somewhat dated, but not a major concern. Would stay here again.

Five stars from the whole family

Very impressed with the ease of Vrbo registration. The property was exactly as presented if not better than expected. The location was not on the beach but was so close it really didn't matter. The neighborhood was very quiet and the daily walk was a treat. The property had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, and towels. Did not need anything beyond what was there and what they told you to bring. Would definitely go here again.

October mini-vacation

Everything was as advertised or better. Half bock to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We wanted to stay in Pawley's Island and this one is really in Litchfield - a bit further than we hoped. (Admittedly, that's more of my issue with maps than the listing itself) However, if you are interested in Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach, you are right next door.

Roomy w/an 80’s vibe !

Overall the property was good. We were happy to have a grill and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. It rained a lot so the yard had standing water. Not able to sit outside and enjoy the huge deck because of mosquito’s. The house was close to the beach as described which was a plus.

Very comfortable and child friendly for us. The back porch was awesome, and also having the grill. My only wish would be for the Master Bedroom to have a king bed.

This vacation qet away was quiet, and relaxing, in a perfect location where you can hear the ocean waves on your back deck. Its large enough for the whole family and our pet lab who was right at home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Litchfield Real Estate & Vacation Rentals is a family-based, locally-grown company serving coastal South Carolina. Homeowners have been entrusting their vacation rentals and property management of their homes with us for 60 years. Operating since 1959, our longevity is founded on our dedication to excellent customer service and care, which is provided 24/7. Our diverse selection of beach homes include private pools, dog friendly, oceanfront, creek front and more. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

North Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina and is locally prized for its uncrowded, quiet reputation. While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however.

The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.

Just 2 miles away is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck. Pawleys Island, known for its “arrogantly shabby” character, encompasses Litchfield but has its own beach – and island – where it splits away from the south end of Litchfield Beach. The relaxing ebb and flow of the tide sets the pace of our Lowcountry coastal region of South Carolina where getting on Island Time comes naturally.

Outdoor activities are a great way to experience the unique beauty of our area. Locals and visitors alike enjoy surf fishing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, surfing, boating, bicycling, and beach combing – just to name a few. Nationally renowned golf courses abound as well as historic landmarks and plantation tours. Myrtle Beach, only 20 miles north, and Charleston, 80 miles south, make great day trips. And for those who truly want to get away from it all, simply stake out a spot of your own on our beautiful beach!
