Immaculate Get Away!

This is a great Lake Almanor Peninsula Family Cabin. Close to Two Golf Courses/Beach Rec Area/Boat Launch. This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Two Queens, two fulls and one twin bed.
Large Open Kitchen looking into Dining Room which is open to the Living Room.
Cabin is Completely furnished with everything you will need. The large kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, great stove top, Double wall oven, microwave and huge pantry.
Living room has comfortable sectional couch, huge flat screen smart TV. This home offers central heat and ceiling fans for cooling down warm summer days. Relax on front big deck which has table and chairs for enjoying. This is a quiet calm family home that we enjoy ourselves and would love to share with friends and families!

Great house, amazing locations, but uncomfortable beds

We had a great stay at this house. It is super clean and has big open spaces for family and friends to gather, cook and eat meals together. There is a big comfy couch in the living room and large front patio. The location is perfect, close to beaches, parks and boat launch. Our only complaints are that the beds were not comfortable and there were no extra touches. One bed is an air mattress which partially deflated. The full size bunkbed isn’t big enough for 2 medium sized adults to sleep on comfortably together and the 3rd bed is big enough but dips in the middle so that you end up rolling in toward one another. There were 2 spacious bathrooms but only half a roll of toilet paper in each for 4 days stay(we ran out), 1 dishwasher pod meaning we could only run the dishwasher once unless we wanted to drive to a store and buy more which we did not. No laundry detergent for washing clothes. No hair dryers, shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. With some new beds and a few small items this rental would be top notch and receive 5 stars in my book. There are also a few extra hidden fees associated with this rental because it’s a gated community so expect to pay and extra hundred and fifty dollars, and even more if you bring boats/jet skis.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is very clean and large enough to sleep 7 in the beds that exist, however there is enough room for several queen size inflatable beds. The kitchen is well laid out and all of the appliances are newer. Additionally, you need to be mindful of the step going out the back door past the laundry area. The step down is over the typical step. I could not recommend this to anyone that is non ambulatory or has limited mobility.
