Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fantastic. Great beds, great amenities and great location. Beach chairs, umbrellas, Matt’s, snorkel gear, boogie boards etc. The kitchen had everything anyone would need. The grill was great too. Games, puzzles and books filled the shelves in the family room. Quiet neighborhood with safe streets for walking. Short walk to Hanalei Bay Hotel and The One Hotel. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Christmas family trip

Stayed at this nice home with our two sons and their partners. The way the house was arranged facilitated private space for each couple. Central areas comfortable and spacious.

Perfect location in Princeville, everything was walking distance or a short drive away. We walked to the beach every day! House was all we wanted and more

Best family vacay

We loved staying here! Liz was so helpful with all our questions. The house is great lots of space and privacy between bedrooms. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub after the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Seven Days inn Kauai

The property has everything we needed. It was a great launching point for all of our adventures, and convenient for pretty much everything we needed. The house was clean, and neighborhood incredibly safe. There are some fancy resorts around that are walk/drivable that have great local beach access and sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit to Kauai.

Nice location close to everything on the North end.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large home. A bit dated could use some upgrading. A few issues with loose railings, issues with stove and dishwasher, noisy ceiling fans.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing 10 days/9 nights on Kauai! The property was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for 3 couples!

Extra large home in quiet upscale neighborhood close to all the north shore has to offer. Especially loved the kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor areas. Well appointed home and would stay there again if returning to Kauai.

Great location

Property was perfect for 3 couples. Had a couple of issues with washer and dryer but Liz the property manager was very responsive and issues were dealt with very quickly.

Great location, good house

This was a very clean and comfortable home rental in a fabulous location. While the home was well furnished and well maintained, it is showing signs of age and would benefit from an interior refresh - fresh paint, new window coverings and repaired windows.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time on Kauai. The space was well laid out and the back yard with deck and hot tub were perfect after long days of hiking. The management company was quick to respond with any questions and the location we perfect, a short drive into Hanalei town for dinner and proximity to all north shore beaches. The backyard also felt very private and was very lush with vegetation.

Adequate accommodations in paradise

House needs a lot of updating and general maintenance. Lots of little things were broken or missing and in need of repair. The guest bathroom toilet had a note on it saying someone would be by to fix it but no one came. Railings and deck are a safety hazard. However we did love the locale and ambience of the house and had everything we needed to have great vacation in paradise despite the condition of the property.

Yummy stay

The house is wonderful, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and with beautiful views from the lanai and master bedroom. Kitchen is loaded with all manner of tools and very functional. Plenty of room to hang out and play games in the evenings. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for families. Thank you for helping us have a memorable vacation!

Family Vacation

This property is very unique. Driving up to the house you get a view of the stunning mountains. The house is spacious and allows for privacy with the bedrooms being spread out from each other. The beds are comfortable and the a/c worked wonderful. Our family of six felt comfortable and safe in this home.

Ideal Location

Beautiful property! Lots of space for 3 adult couples with 3 cars. Young couples went on helitours, rum and chocolate tours, and Napali Coast snorkel adventures. All enjoyed jumping from the rocks at Queens bath, snorkeling at Hideaways Beach and Tunnels and we had a great family dinner at Postcards in Hanalei. The full kitchen made it easy to cook together or separately, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the dining room table seats 8.

Engagement

The home was well prepped for guests. The placement of household items were arranged with purpose and intent. The kitchen was well stocked. Kauai is such an amazing place to visit and this home matched the Aloha spirit. Relaxing and laid back. The home needs some TLC overall as it is not a newer home. We experienced some ants in one of the bedrooms. I contacted the property manager to let her know. Overall, the top benefit of the home is the location. Short walk or drive to all points of interest on the North Shore.
