Villa La Estancia 1305 - Premium Ocean View. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably with 3 beds and 3 full baths. This recently remodeled 2 bedroom (1 King & 2 Queens) condo has amazing ocean views. Enjoy the 5 star amenities of Villa La Estancia, which is located on the famous Medano Beach. You will have over 2,300 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space to relax. Enjoy the 8 restaurants located onsite, market, two beautiful oversized pools, swim up bar, 5 jacuzzis, fire pits, pickleball & much more!



Our reviews from VRBO speak for themselves and are a true and accurate reflection of the condition of our Villa which is highly upgraded and exceptionally maintained. Our Villa is not just a vacation rental, It is also our second home which is maintained with great pride of ownership and attention to detail. Many of our prior guests that frequently visit Cabo have become regular repeat guests of our Villa.



Our Villa features 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, brand new Samsung curved TV, sitting area and desk area. The secondary bedroom has 2 queen size beds and sitting area.



Recent upgrades include, stone tiled walls in the bedrooms, new granite kitchen counters with a new large stainless steel sink and faucet, new marble basin sinks and faucets in all bathrooms. Regular maintenance includes a monthly deep cleaning housekeeping service of the Villa, semi annual steam cleaning of all furniture and fabrics as well as annual floor polishing and overall general maintenance to ensure the property remains in superior condition.



As our guest, you will also enjoy being centrally located to all the resort amenities Villa la Estancia has to offer. Our Villa is on the third floor over looking the upper pool. From the over sized and covered balcony overlooking the upper pool you will also enjoy spectacular ocean views.



Housekeeping will be provided prior to check in and at check out as well as in between days, depending on the length of your stay. We also supply the Villa with basic amenities including but not limited to soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, dish liquid and paper towels.



Upon arrival you will check in at the concierge area at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos. One of our hosts will meet you afterwards or the following day in the event you want something additional.



Villa La Estancia is a 5 star resort located on the famous Medano beach. Villa La Estancia offers two pools, 5 hot tubs, poolside restaurant with food service from your chair at the pool or beach. Concierge service and activities desk in the lobby, a gym, tennis courts, mini market and deli, 24 hour security as well as spa services at the Desert spa located next door at Villa del Arco.



We have also made arrangements for our guest to receive discounted round trip transportation services and private boat charters for sight seeing, whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises.

Girls Weekend

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the resort staff and amenities were great as well. Communication was very prompt and Jeff and Serina were both very helpful! I would definitely recommend this VRBO to groups looking to stay slightly out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo, but within a $10 cab ride (20 minute walk).

Nice unit in the Villa Estancia

Overall very nice unit with tons of space. I’d prefer another bedroom over the massive master bath and huge sitting area in the master though. The deck/patio was wonderful and spacious. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but the drawers are in bad shape (stick, broken, etc.), some things didn’t work (can opener), and we had to buy all the essentials like detergent and spices and condiments, Grocery delivery in the area is expensive and limited options but very close to several stores. Evenings were loud and mornings were loud so slept with sliders closed. Everything was comfortable and it was a nice week.

A place we will definitely return to

Everything about this rental was excellent. The Villa was perfect, great for families with room for all to spread out. The resort was exceptional... great amenities with even better staff. Can't say enough about the poolside service, from the towel lady to our primary server, everyone went above and beyond. Location of unit within resort was also conveniently located, in the "middle" close to elevators/ stairs and being on the 3rd floor allowed for easy use of stairs too! We will definitely vacation at this resort again, and specifically this Villa given the chance!

Great Location & Space

This property was great for our visit as a couple with a 13 year old son with quite a few activities planned. The location is perfect for easy access to the marina area, local restaurants, and other activities (5-10 minute Uber/taxi to most places). The beach is swimable and the resort amenities were very nice and not oversubscribed including the heated pools and hot tubs. The unit itself was spacious, clean, had a good view from a large balcony, and had updated styling. I'd certainly recommend it.

Highly Recommended!!

Four of us went down and stayed 5 nights. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are impeccably kept. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The service provided by the staff was 2nd to none. We spent a lot of time on the private beach where we were never without a cold drink. Having the market on the grounds was very convenient, they have everything. The trip and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Rental!

This is a wonderful rental. Rooms were great, beds and comfortable, and it was so easy to communicate with our host. We asked if our host could set up transportation for our large group and she set it up no problem! The resort is amazing and the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. If you want to go fishing book a fishing trip on Oh! Right! They were a great, hardworking crew and we caught a ton of dorado and tuna with them. Louis at the beach in front of the resort can help you book it. I highly recommend staying here.

Best Resort on the beach

We [4 adults] just returned from a week at this unit with nothing but exceptional reviews about the condo and owner. The unit is perfectly located mid resort with afternoon sun, ocean/pool view and just above the spa/gym, also a close walk to Villa del Palmar next door. We peaked in several other units, none as well furnished at this and with a large foyer, unlike others. This and all cabo beach resorts are a 5 min. cab or water taxi ride to town but easy walk to best beach bars. The spa and gym on site were fantastic and free, with large gym, steam, sauna, jacuzzi, shower and plush dressing area. Thanks for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

Believe the reviews on this Villa!

This was not our first time staying at Villa La Estancia but this was our first time staying in Villa 1305 and we absolutely loved this condo!!! We always read the reviews before booking and there are many nice condos with good reviews at Villa la Estancia. We have not been disappointed but we felt this condo was just a notch above the others we have previously stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The covered balcony is good sized (seemed larger than others and not all are covered) and has a great view over looking the pool and ocean. If you are going to stay at Villa la Estancia I would highly recommend this condo. We plan to go back next year and will definitely be booking Villa 1305.

Top notch villa and great owners!!!

We stayed for a week at this villa with family. In addition to being the most well equipped and cleanest, owner was extremely helpful and carrying. Before the trip, Jeff answered many questions we had related to COVID-19 Cabo situation that put our mind at ease. Additionally, Jeff helped book transportation at lower price than any local competitor and provided Resort concierge contact to assist us with activities and restaurant bookings. Villa came fully stacked for all family needs, including beach toys, boogie boards and even a dumb bell which we did not get to use :) Thank you, Jeff and we will be back again!

Amazing experience

I vacationed here with my cousins in a couple of my friends it was plenty of room. It was six of us and still plenty of room everything was organized and sanitized. This place was very quiet some of it due to Cove it but I could tell they had sound proof walls. The beds were very comfortable the kitchen was fully stocked. The appliances were very nice and you didn't have to go out and buy detergent. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much they already had available. Serina was very hospitable inflexible when I made it an extension because of flight delays she helped us Out. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful unit with excellent owners!!

We have stayed at this resort a couple times before and I have to say this unit was the most tastefully decorated of them. It only has one owner (husband & wife) so you know who to contact. The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area as well. Though they don’t live here, they immediately sent someone up to help us with the safe. They truly go above and beyond. Their unit is also close to the elevator so you don’t have a long walk (but I never heard noises). Beautiful unobstructed views of the infamous Rocks as well as the pool. Will hands down stay in this unit again as well as recommend to others!!

First of all, Serena was awesome to detail with. Very responsive and helped to arrange transportation. The condo itself is very nice. Unit is very upscale and clean. Large balcony, great master bedroom and bath with a huge living room. This would be could for couples, families or just a girls/guys trip. Pool is awesome and staff is very attentive and friendly. Serena helped to arrange a boat trip on the La Gringa which I would highly recommend. We went out with the whole family for a day of snorkeling and fun on the water. Crew was awesome- our drinks were never empty and they took us to a great spot to snorkel. Resort is just a short cab ride to downtown Cabo but is very quite at night. Amazing location and property

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Villa la Estancia and specifically at this condo both times. We have two boys aged 4 and 6 and have found it to be a perfect getaway for their current ages. The unit itself is gorgeous and updated throughout with views of Los Arcos as well as Medano Beach. The property is amazing with two heated pools and at least 5 hot tubs. One of the pools is perfect for younger children as they can walk into it and has a color coded bottom so that the children have an idea when they may be getting too deep. The poolside food is delicious (love the ceviche and tasty but potent margaritas) although can get a bit spendy. It is also close enough that you can walk into town (beach or road) but far enough from the town that the evenings are quiet. The ocean is more protected than the Pacific side so you can swim fairly safely and there are SUPs and kayaks on the beach if you want to use them. For kids, food at the Taco Bar next door or on the beach at Tabascos is really easy and fun. There were definitely some more upscale food options within the 3 adjoining properties that we didn't try with kids but looked amazing. Only nice meal out was at hacienda cocina y cantina which I would highly recommend. Our only disappointment was that our whale watching trip was cancelled due to winds and an afternoon of rain.

Comfortable unit on beautiful beach

Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was fast and helpful. The unit and resort were very pretty and on one of the best beaches in Los Cabos. The only criticism I had with the unit was the pillows. They were very old , lumpy and uncomfortable. They did not rise to the level of the unit itself and this unfortunately, affected my sleep. This is an easy fix and I hope they do this soon for the next guests. Otherwise, we had a fun family adventure.

Better than expected

From the warm welcome at check in to all the friendly staff, and the amazing views from the spacious deck and the comfortable living area and bedrooms. It was better than pictured. From the swim up bar with great food, plus gym and spa right by the pool it was so relaxing! Location was close to town but far enough to feel secure and secluded. Highly recommend

Quick getaway for family college graduate

Our stay at this particular property in Villa La Estancia was better than we expected. The condo was clean, updated, very nicely maintained and had all the amenities needed to make our stay wonderful. The communication from the owner was always prompt and informative. The grounds, pool, gym, spa, restaurants, tennis and pickleball area were all clean and appealing. We would highly highly recommend making this property your next vacation!
