This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Two bedrooms and one bath are located on the first floor (ground level, no internal access); two bedrooms and one bath are located on the second floor. Sleeping accommodations include two queen, one double (ground level), and two twin-sized beds (ground level). Outdoor amenities feature a screened-in porch, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, floating and stationary docks, and private boat ramp. No internal stairway between floors; external stairs only. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
