We stayed for 5 days and it was Awesome!! Plenty of room to park my boat and truck. Very quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again anytime.

Short getaway

The place was perfect, felt like home . The owners were great to work with and location was super close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This little house was perfect. We had a fishing trip for 3. It’s close to docks, we went to Harrison Bay Park and George Frost Park to put in the water. They were about 30 min to get to. Great weekend and the house was great. We didn’t have to contact host, we had everything we needed. I would satay at this place again it’s very cozy.

Lovely place to spend a weekend

This is a wonderful place to spend a weekend, it’s very accommodating and didn’t get too hot despite the 90 degree weather. My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days while he was visiting, our only complaint is that the couch was more comfortable than the bed and we opted for the couch most nights.

Our Fishing Trip

We absolutely loved it ! Everything was perfect well equipped . Very quiet neighborhood didn't have to worry about our belongings. Close to town but yet out by itself . We enjoyed our stay and are already planning another trip 😃

Perfect location and especially for a fishing trip to Chickamauga

Very happy about this cottage. Its cute and cozy but has everything you need. Was clean and comfy as well. Owners went out of their way to make sure you would have all the little things you may need in a pinch. For a fishing trip, few folks - it’s outstanding…. For a small group, 1-3 to stay in area for few days - would be excellent also. BR Christian

Great stay

Cabin was great. Just what we needed and close to lake Chickamauga which was what we were looking for. My husband and I done a couple days of fishing there. Only complaint would be air conditioner didn't keep cool enough but it was right at 100° both days, other than I would recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks the Smith family

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful stay, clean and very nice! We had an amazing trip and the cottage seemed so homey! Highly recommend. We were there for a vacation and my husband and grandson fishing at Lake Chickamauga!

Cottage review

A nice little place in a pretty safe neighborhood. Had a police officer living next door. I would recommend this place to a small group.

Nice Lake Cabin

This little cabin is a nice place close & convenient to the lake & Dayton, so its a great place to sleep on a fishing trip.

Great stay

My fishing partner and I stayed 2 nights for a guided fishing trip on the Chick. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is 10 minutes from the boat ramp and restaurants and had everything we needed for our stay

Cozy apartment

A few friends and I stayed here for a couple days just to get away. The apartment is quite cozy but sleeps 4 comfortably in the 2 beds. The check in process was very simple with a key code entry. The kitchen came with a few dishes and some cookware. Enough to cook simple dishes with. The internet was decent and the smart TV worked great. There were a bunch of extra pillows and blankets which was perfect since some of us had to travel light. There are a few things to consider though. The bathroom is very small as you see in the photo so really only one person can be in there at a time. The ceilings are pretty short in the kitchen so anyone over six feet might need to duck to get in there. The bedroom doesn't have a door so if privacy is important you'll need to hang a blanket. The floors are a hodgepodge of different materials and heights. We put out a nightlight so we didn't trip on the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and nothing above was really deal breaking. For the price it was absolutely worth it.
