Wonderful home perfect for our family of 11. Top quality furnishings and wide assortment and large quantity of kitchen utensils, bathroom towels, and bedroom blankets. Fast response and resolution by owner to minor maintenance issue. Attention to detail with night lights in bathrooms and hallways. Expansive living and dining area. Kitchen and food prep also very roomy and well laid out complete with snacks, coffees, and teas. We would love to return here again!

Great place for skiing at Wolf Creek

We enjoyed our stay!! The cabin was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy!! The snow was amazing so we had a wonderful family ski trip.

Beautiful Home and time

Beautiful

We had the best time, we cooked played in the snow and had plenty of space so the adults could hang out and the kids had their own space. It was perfect definitely will be back!

Gem of a house

My family and I enjoyed this house immensely. Having rented houses through VRBO for several years, this house had the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. The location, adjacent to the National Forest, had great views from the back porches. A short drive into Pagosa Springs with all there is to do in town, and close enough for day trips to Chimney Rock, Creede and Durango. Great Communication with the owner and the check in/check out instructions were comprehensive. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Fall in Pagosa

The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Excellent location for all trips to surrounding attractions. The Golden Aspens were amazing. House was stocked with everything we needed and all the beds were really comfortable. Dave went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Amazing Property For Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family vacation in Pagossa. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The rooms were all great and the location backing the forest was quite and easy access to great trails. We very much appreciated the snacks and “to-go” coffee cups. Wish every house we booked through vrbo was like this.
