Five This is a well kept, well appointed, spacious and comfortable home! It was perfect for an adult family of 8 with a 2 and 12 year old to gather and enjoy time together. There was a game space with toys and books to enjoy. We would recommend it highly!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids took over the basement and had a blast in their own space. The kitchen/living area was wide open space and the deck at the back of the house expanded that space. We loved sitting on the deck watching the hot air balloons over Pagosa Springs. There is nothing that could be added to make it better. We loved it!
