We loved the peaceful setting and the gorgeous views — such a perfect spot to unwind. Lots of space and separation between rooms. The home was spotless and modern, with everything kept up to date. This was an excellent location for us to stay for a local wedding ( not far from paradise ranch at all), and close to town and the springs. Two great outdoor spaces to gather, two very large common areas to hang out. Two sets of washer and dryers, plus tabe top ironing board. Really loved it here, nice and cool in spite of summer heat. Great to watch local horses ( they say don’t feed ‘em!) and wild life. Yes, big downstairs bedroom was below kitchen and our early rising East Coast coffee drinkers…. but very little noise transfer throughout the house. All the big bedrooms really really nice and comfy, the twin bedroom was pretty small and probably better for a teenager/child. To me it was hard to picture the layout from photos and we were really surprised by how darn large it is with separations on bottom and main floor. Really private. House would be great for a retreat. Really appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness when we thought we left something at the house. They were very quick. The house cleaners, who I met when I went back, were AWESOME! Our whole stay was really nice and interactions really low key. Loved it!
