Location, location, location! Situated on a picturesque point where we swam with sea turtles, rays, countless fish, and even a lobster! Great facility, nestled next door to an outdoor bar and eatery, plenty of beach chairs, and a partitioned swim area with giant floats. Gift shop and Red Sail excursions literally just steps away. The private pool was a nice change of pace from the beach. Our rental property was well-appointed and easily slept five adults. The owner was friendly and returned calls promptly.
Moonrise from the gorgeous and well–appointed beachfront.

Everything was just as reviewed.. clean, spacious, perfect location easy to talk to host if needed. The location in regards to beach is perfect. We didn’t need to be close to 7 mile because we have been there before so for this trip we loved staying in rum point but yes you will most definitely need a car.. if u have the rental car you are really not going to need anything else. This was the perfect spring break vacation for my family

No need to stay any other place on Grand Cayman Island - the condo is very clean and has all you will need and more. Cindy is easy to get in touch with and gets back to you very quickly. The location is stunning, private quiet beach, lively if you choose to hang out at Rum Point beach next door and order drinks to your lounge chair, snorkeling at your finger tips….I loved sitting back on the couch and taking in the ocean view. It really is perfect.

Great stay w the Family

Easy check in with lockbox, they also had many pool towels and sand toys which was nice to have. They had paper products there at the house already which was great to have along with cleaning supplies for dishwasher & laundry. Great location being next to Rum point beach but was noisy at night given we went over Easter holiday. We enjoyed our week long stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The only reason I am not giving it. A five star rating is because of the beds. The two twin beds in the one bedroom where very hard and noisy.

Still heaven

The unit could use some updating including the air conditioner had an issue coming back on after a power outage but the owner was easily reached and helpful. Loved the stay overall as always in this development - heaven on earth! The sargassum was an issue all days but one but we found ways around it and the improvements to the restaurant and bar next door were tastefully done!

Perfect Getaway

The property was clean and perfect for our family of four. I could have thrown a rock from our balcony and hit the ocean. The snorkeling right from the beach was terrific. I saw turtles, angel fish, parrot fish, stingrays, lobster, tarpon, flounder, starfish, and a nurse shark.

Fantastic secluded beach

Great spot, nothing to do, no noise, no kids. Just what we needed. The place itself needs a major update. The bed and bedding was old, worn and the bed itself is shot. The living room chairs and couches were also terrible. Just old and worn. TV s / cable / internet / instructions and quality of the 2 systems were wonky at best. All in all it’s a great place. If updated furnishings and a little TLC, the place would be a gem. One potential problem as you overlook a construction project so you hear heavy equipment all day.
