This was a fantastic rental for our family of four. We loved the location on a quieter side of the island, and our kids had a blast just down the road at Starfish Point. The unit was very clean and tidy and being steps away from the beautiful water was a real treat, especially at sunset. We would rent this unit again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

This property was even better than the photos and description because it's just too amazing to capture in pictures or words. We loved the location, the quiet and peace it provided, the screened porch was perfect (go away mosquitos) and the view plus quick walk out to the beach. The hosts have thought of everything in the home and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful property. They even had snorkel equipment and beach towels. Neighbors were also kind and friendly - my kids had fun at the pool in the afternoons and we were the only ones at the pool.

Our family of five stayed comfortably in this beautiful beach side house. We loved having a quiet beach that was steps away from our door! The house was well equipped with all that we needed for our week in the Caymans. It a bit away from the Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach areas so if you want a quiet, relaxed space, then this property is for you and if you want a bit more action, then I would seek out something not on the North End of the island. We had a great time on the North End and in this property.

The standalone condo home was awesome. Loved it. The beach was lovely to look at but not really great for swimming. And there is very little natural shade and no beach umbrellas so beware of that. The pool area and pool are very nice and relaxing.

Amazing location, just perfect! Exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect, we never had to use the pool (but I did look and it was nice). The cove was protected from the crazy winds happening this week, but had enough to keep it cool. The host had everything you need - bikes, kayaks, beach towels, even sunscreen! We did need to get some soap, but otherwise just perfect. We had an amazing week. We love the quieter north side and will 100% stay here again!

Peaceful, quiet stay on the North side

We had the best week at Garden of the Kai! The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and quiet. The beach was perfect for our family and we had it to ourselves quite a bit. When we didn’t, we enjoyed getting to know a few other families. Overall it was a wonderful stay with wonderful memories made!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The beach area was quiet and serene, and we loved taking the kayaks out every morning. The property comes with everything you need, including snorkel gear, bikes, and various beach floats. The home itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.
