Interior Features:

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. The open-plan living and dining areas lead to the screened lanai with plush seating and breathtaking views. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, and high-quality linens and beach towels.



Starter Essentials Provided:

Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home essentials include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.



Outdoor Highlights:

Guests can enjoy a newly resurfaced pool and hot tub, direct beach access, and complimentary use of two one-person kayaks. The calm lagoon is perfect for paddling, snorkelling, or simply watching the sunrise. A charcoal grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are also provided.



Nearby Dining & Attractions:

The Kaibo Restaurant and coffee shop are next door, serving casual lunches, fine dining, and wood-fired pizzas. Rum Point is a short drive away and offers casual beachfront eats, snorkelling, scuba trips, and the famous Mud Slide cocktail. The area is peaceful, family-friendly, and ideal for relaxing or exploring the island by sea.



Water Taxi Access:

A water taxi conveniently picks up from the Kaibo dock, taking guests across the North Sound to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. From there, you can enjoy boutique shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and a scenic walk to the beach.

Beautiful, relaxing, and away from the crowd.

We spent the last two weeks of April at Crystal Kai, at Kaibo Phase 2. Easter weekend was a little busy, but afterwards the whole resort was very peaceful. Having a rental car is an absolute necessity, and there is so much to see on the North and East side. We ventured into Georgetown, Savannah, Camana Bay and West bay a few times as there's a few must do things over there as well. Crystal Kai is a second floor unit which provides very nice views of the pool, beach and bay. The condo itself is very nice, the beds are very comfortable and reasonably firm. The roosters will ensure you are up in the morning. The kitchen has enough equipment to get by, we cooked many of our own meals, balanced with several restaurants, as there is a lot of good local food not to be missed.We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the birds, and the palms swaying in the breeze above us. I can't begin to describe how beautiful it is, and how relaxing it is to be away from the crowds on the other side of the island. The drive is easy, just study google maps, prepare a route you like, and enjoy the beauty of Grand Cayman and well cared for roads. I would love to return to Kaibo and would absolutely stay here again. Bryan and Donna.

Perfect

Excellent location with a great screened-in balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. We were looking for the charm and quiet of Rum Point as opposed to the busy, congested seven mile beach. Staying at this property made us feel like more like owners than tourists. There are two wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the condo and bioluminescent bay is less than a mile away. Tours and water taxis pick up right at the dock by the property. Perfect size for myself, husband and two teenage daughters. We can’t wait to return!

The condo and property was amazing. The condo was equipped with everything you need. Very quiet at night. Rum point was the best area to hang out for swimming, snorkeling, and food! Highly recommend staying here.

Nice stay in Grand Cayman

Very clean and comfortable place with quiet beach and calm water right in the back yard. Plenty of amenities for guests to use at the beach/pool, the chaises and hammocks are a nice touch. It’s a pretty long drive to Georgetown, about an hour. There are two close dining options (Kaibo and Rum Point) otherwise it’s going to be a drive. We had a great time and enjoyed some quality rest and relaxation!

Great location for a relaxing vacation for 2 couples

Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The condo was as described and fit our group of 2 couples perfectly. Being in crawling distance from Kiabo, walking distance from starfish point, and a 3 minute drive from Rum Point was great. For planning, a rental car is a must have for staying on the Rum Point side of the island. We did have some issues with the storage garage. When we arrived, the lock was broken so we could not access the kayaks and other items that came with the condo. Communication with the property manager was difficult resulting in multiple days going by without action. We then reached out to the property owner and in less than 24 hours everything was fixed. The lock was later fixed, so hopefully this would be a non-issue for future stays. The property owner went above and beyond to help us out and even gave us some money back for our troubles. We were in the Caymans for a wedding at Kiabo so you couldn’t find a better location. Kiabo had a great Resturaunt for lunch and dinner along with amazing coffee and pastries in the morning. The water taxi also picked up at Kiabo allowing for easy transit over to the 7 mile beach area.

Despite coming during a VERY rainy week in the Caribbean overall ( beginning of the official hurricane season) we did get some sun filled days and loved the Condo, amenities and location. The condo is very clean and nice and the proximity to rum point and Kaibo piers was great for boat excursion pick ups. Kaibo Club s a nice restaurant with good food albeit the parking lot floods with lots of rain. The bikes were awesome to take to starfish point or rum point. Definitely would consider coming back but a great value and location if you want something out of the 7 mile beach busyness. We recommend choosing this property Jan and Mike TN. June 2024

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

We had a wonderful experience at Crystal Kai. The unit was very clean and spacious with two king beds and two bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, two small coolers, two large couches and a screened in porch with table and chairs for dining. A storage unit with two kayaks one paddle board, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and umbrellas plus two bicycles. The pool and hot tub was clean never crowded and so relaxing. The beach area is very private and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property nothing but wonderful memories.

Simply Perfect ! It is located right on a private beach in a bay with calm waters for swimming, kayaking, paddel boarding. Plenty of beach loungers. But also a nice pool and hot tub. The condo is very beautiful, clean and both beadrooms have king beds, and two couches perferct for two adult couples. Enclosed balcony was enjoyable for morning coffee! Host was very helpful and responds very quickly. Loved every minute of our stay !

Excellent!

The condo was perfect! It's in a beautiful location and it had everything we wanted, it was exceptionally clean and in a very safe neighborhood. The SUP and 2 kayaks were an excellent addition! The condo was well equipped with all the essentials... beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, grill, bikes, cooler, etc. It's in a great area to walk/bike around and explore. (Not close to any supermarkets). We would highly recommend!!
